Despite others negative sentiments on J&K plumbing, our experience has been positive through AHS - both times. First time was for our kitchen sink disposal and second time was for our master bath sink and guest sink stoppage. Jake the field technician arrived on time and was able to resolve the issues quickly. I appreciate his professional demeanor and Kathy from the office is always proactive calling us in advance with arrival estimate. Will continue to use them in the future thru AHS. Hi! Although I don't remember our Plumber's name, I will say he was absolutely amazing and efficient when addressing my issue. He explained the process and how to prevent the issue in the future. He answered all my question thoroughly and effectively. J&K plumbing is a great company providing awesome customer service and plumbing services. I am grateful they were called out to my house. I definitely recommend their services.

We were referred to J&K Plumbing via our home warranty company. The dispatcher was polite and got us quickly scheduled. Jake, the plumber, left a lasting impression. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us valuable tips and education. He also quickly diagnosed our issues and fixed them promptly. Would definitely use them again!

is the problem and took care of it and we are very happy with there job.
Kathy explained the process and the timing was good.

Read Yelp reviews first before contacting these guys. I read a review which said "they reported the issue as SERVICE COMPLETE to AHS" when the issue isn't fixed yet - THIS IS TRUE and happened to me too. I couldn't believe they would do such a thing when they left me hanging and AHS, being the middle man, is not much of a help either!

Used this company through AHS and I advise you to choose another company. I was quoted 2 weeks before they could replace my hot water heater. That is not feasible with small children Kathy the owner is extremely rude and wants you to pay in CASH only. Seems pretty fraudulent to me. I have chosen to just pay out of pocket instead of using this shady business. The new company I chose even said one of their plumbers used to work there and they like to scam customers. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Consistantly disappointed. They will call to see you. But after they come and do nothing based on the AHS policy, they disappear. J&K is for just kidding. My fault. Signed up for service online. Usually I'll call to make sure I don't get J&K. 0 stars if that was an option. My 1st experience was having them come to check my attic water heaters. Said all was good. Next day, one of the tanks started leaking. Ever since then I've tried to avoid like the plague.

They came to my house after I called AH because of a shower stoppage. Arrive early in the timeline which is always appreciated. The problem was fixed quickly and the person sent was professional and offered some possible solutions to the problem. Was very pleased with the service provided!

Best ever service we had! Kathy, Jake and Cody really went above and beyond their service. Jake has been very accommodating and explained everything to us. He even went over and beyond in coming back and fixing our problem!
