DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I went through AHS and they screwed me out of my service request fee because they do not service my specific brand and they knew that when I booked an appointment with them because I had to spell it for Kathy, and they still accepted it! The guys who showed up were literally laughing while inspecting if they were even doing that and then after 5 mins told me they don't service the type of appliance. Just unreal. They showed up just to tell me they couldn't do anything. Trust the reviews, I wish I would have!!!

Very rude especially the lady who answers the phone ... sounds like she's been smoking cigarettes for at least 50 years . Plumbers equally as rude don't use them .

Three toilets with problems. The company was very responsive, courteous, knowledgable and helpful. I will use them for any plumbing problems. Plus, they are the AHS company for plumbing issues in this area.
The person they sent was also great. Very professional, friendly, and great knowledge on things 'plumbing'. Helped me with features I need to check on based on what I described I want in a new toilet.

Despite others negative sentiments on J&K plumbing, our experience has been positive through AHS - both times. First time was for our kitchen sink disposal and second time was for our master bath sink and guest sink stoppage. Jake the field technician arrived on time and was able to resolve the issues quickly. I appreciate his professional demeanor and Kathy from the office is always proactive calling us in advance with arrival estimate. Will continue to use them in the future thru AHS. Hi! Although I don't remember our Plumber's name, I will say he was absolutely amazing and efficient when addressing my issue. He explained the process and how to prevent the issue in the future. He answered all my question thoroughly and effectively. J&K plumbing is a great company providing awesome customer service and plumbing services. I am grateful they were called out to my house. I definitely recommend their services.

We were referred to J&K Plumbing via our home warranty company. The dispatcher was polite and got us quickly scheduled. Jake, the plumber, left a lasting impression. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us valuable tips and education. He also quickly diagnosed our issues and fixed them promptly. Would definitely use them again!

is the problem and took care of it and we are very happy with there job.

Read Yelp reviews first before contacting these guys. I read a review which said "they reported the issue as SERVICE COMPLETE to AHS" when the issue isn't fixed yet - THIS IS TRUE and happened to me too. I couldn't believe they would do such a thing when they left me hanging and AHS, being the middle man, is not much of a help either!
