Saved me my sanity one year when my toilet backed up, another plumber from my Homeowner's insurance made a HUGE MESS of my bathrooms, then wanted to rob me to install 2 clean outs. They were basically holding me hostage! They were also trying to charge me an arm and a leg to send their video down my pipes to ascertain what the problem was. Called Keri and she got right back to me! She was so caring & understanding, and the height of professionalism. Jeff came out in the rain the next day to rescue me from my plumbing nightmare. Fixed EVERYTHING! Even the hole the Homeowner's insurance plumber put in my wall. Since then he's the ONLY plumber we use.

I am happy to say that I found an honest hard-working plumber who knows what he's doing and good at what he does. I had a non draining tub that the first drain cleaning guy claimed that the pipes underneath my tub were corroded and needed to be hydrojetted. So I hired a service to hydrojet it and that didn't fix it. I was even getting estimates to get the tub pulled up and out so that the pipes could be fixed under the slab.
You can imagine how amazed I was when Jeff snaked the tub through the p trap (which the other guys didn't do) and the water started draining.
I want to thank Jeff for his willingness to come out and look at it even after I told him what the other plumbers said. I highly recommend him. It's really hard to find honest service providers like Jeff.

These people are superb examples of everything you would want in any service industry. Kerry was personable, professional, and accommodating. Her customer service skills are absolutely top notch. Jeff showed up on time, educated me on the work that needed to be done and what to look out for, provided a reasonable quote, performed the work quickly, and cleaned up well afterwards. I can't imagine that I'll ever call anybody else.

Although we have been a customer of Jeff's for 20 years, Jeff came to our house 4 months ago because we had problems with back up in 2 toilets, and a terrible leak in our kitchen sink that leaked so badly that our cabinet is ruined. He snaked both toilets which somewhat solved the problem, even though one toilet still has occasional back up. He told us to buy a new sink and he would install it for us for free, because he wasn't able to find the problem or where the leak was coming from. $200 for snaking 2 toilets, which wasn't the primary problem!!!!!!! After several calls and texts over this time period, he has given us empty promises of ""I will contact you asap"", or I will call your husband tomorrow."" Tomorrow never came. Now my husband is spending his Labor Day trying to install a faucet and accessories for our sink. He has diabetes which causes serious shaking and rheumatoid arthritis which is so painful, we might just have to call another plumber. He is unreliable and we are so disappointed!

I have myself "" an honest plumber""! Jeff was in our home for about a week and a half, and I can't believe I'm going to say this.......... But, it was sad when he was done, and it was time to say goodbye Jeff is an original! Always returns phone calls, shows up on time, cleans up after himself, and NOTHING, I mean NOTHING was ever a problem. He was able to overcome every obstacle, had a plan, was straight forward , and was very positive when solving our plumbing issues. As far as pricing goes.... He is VERY reasonable! The best part of all, he does all the work himself and stands behind his work, So blessed to have a friend and a fabulous plumber, you won't be disappointed with J and K Plumbing.
