Mary R.Very personable guy. However, the work he did for us was done wrong and some left uncompleted. In trying to reach him by phone he knew our cell and home phone numbers and wouldn't answer our calls. Tried him on a different phone number and answered right away, with the excuse he was just getting ready to call us back. Ya, right! We've been trying to get a refund of some work he left unfinished, but, again, he is ignoring our e-mails now too. Would not recommend. Says he is for veterans, police, etc., however, he left my husband in the lurch.
