We called to schedule with JJ's nearly 2 months ago for kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, etc. for a kitchen remodel and a couple of outside spigots that were leaking. Kathy (I think that was her name) was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. We also called with a couple of other questions that were answered promptly. Mike and Nate were here first thing in the morning. Both were friendly, and very efficient. The work was done, the areas were cleaned up and all work was explained. I couldn't have asked for a more professional group of people.

I called to have some plumbing work completed at my house. The assistant was pleasant and very helpful. I scheduled a time for them to come out and give me an estimate on the work I wished to have completed. They showed up on time and gave my wife the bid. We accepted the bid and they did the job on the spot. I Was very pleased. A week or so later I received a bill for $300 more than what I was quoted and when We called, we were told that they would not honor their bid. After speaking with them numerous times, they offered to ""split"" the difference with us and said if we chose to decline this option, they would seek legal action against us.

This is a small town and word spreads quite quickly. I really wanted to leave them a fantastic review because I was extremely happy in the beginning. I should have never gone off a verbal bid and should have received it in writing from them from the start. Handshake deals used to mean something, but not anymore. I am stuck splitting the difference and should of known better. My fault & Lesson learned. Will go elsewhere for plumbing work in the future!

Don't use this company!!! Please save yourself the $$$$! If 0 stars was an option, I'd choose that!
I loved this company and used them for 20 years and then....
They charged me $350 and NOTHING was fixed! The leak is actually much worse!! They even wrote on the bill ""we were unable to fix the leak."" When I called and asked if I could at least have a discount on my bill or a credit made to my account for future plumbing service they flat out refused! Their solution?? Charge me more $$$$ to come out and reassess the problem. They are under new ownership, their words not mine. This is NOT the company you remember! Hire someone else!

They came on time, they were very pleasant, they explained what was wrong, they solved the problem and they were very reasonably priced. What's not to like? I will definitely use them again.
