We had a great experience with JJ Rooter & Plumbing. Last week, we had a big problem with sewage backing up in the laundry room and needed immediate help. We found Jorge on Yelp and called him. He was able to come the same afternoon. He carefully diagnosed the problem, then suggested couple fixes with their pros and cons. After fixing the sewer back up problem, he even went beyond to move our heavy washer and dryer, and helped cleaning the mess. He also gave us a 30 day warranty. Everything is working great so far. I would absolutely hire and recommend Jorge.

Great service where they fixed the problem while I continued to go about my business at home. Jorge and another plumber came out this afternoon to help us with a clogged shower drain. They were able to quickly figure out the connections between the sink, shower, and kitchen pipes. It ended up that debris in the sink and shower led to the clog, so they rooted both (without asking me, which I love). Within about 30 mins, the drain was fully functioning again. Jorge was very polite and a pleasure to work with. I like their 30 day guarantee. Thank you!

Jorge showed up ASAP with less than 24 notice. We actually had another plumbing issue come to light when he was working on the unrelated problem. He jumped in and fixed our flooding. He tried very hard to trouble-shoot our original problem without purchasing an expensive part. Very helpful. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Outstanding service! I called for help with a leaking kitchen faucet, and Jorge was able to come out the next day. He arrived on schedule and let me know before arriving that he was on his way. I appreciate that he told me I could buy the replacement parts myself to save money (which I didn't do in this case because it was preferable for me to pay extra to a professional rather than spend time obtaining the parts myself). He was able to quickly get the parts and returned only a couple of hours later to replace the faucet. Before returning, he texted photos of the replacement faucet and called to get my approval of the model he selected. And to top it all off, he was extremely pleasant. I will contact Jorge for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend JJ Rooter & Plumbing!
