We had a sudden ""main sewerline blocked"" emergency and my regular plumber was unavailable. I took a quick look on Yelp, and called Jorge at JJ Rooter and Plumbing. Jorge said he could come in the morning but when I told him it was an emergency he said ""let me see if I can change another appointment and I'll call you right back"". He called back and then came over 1/2 hour later. Jorge was very mellow, very knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. For $125 I think I got a good deal.

The drain snake I had wasn't enough to clear what turned out to be tree roots in the main drain. Jorge's motorized artillery got it cleared in under an hour and answered all my questions. He arrived on time too. Great service!

Clogged bathroom tub. Turned into a broken trap.
Unclogged the pipe and fixed the p-trap.
Prompt friendly service. They were clean with their work. It was very professional and I would use them again.
The prices are very fair.

They came out a did an efficient job on an unusually difficult clog. The snake didn't work, but they used a second piece of equipment called a ""jetter"" to get it done (at extra cost). They also did a small bit of ad-hoc temporary plumbing so that the waste water from the entire process would be discharged outside and not in my basement (no extra cost). Finally, they cleaned up thoroughly when done. I'd call them again if I even needed to.

Jorge came within the hour after I called to have my yard drain cleared. He did the job cleanly and efficiently.

However, he asked for $125 instead of the $95 advertised until I pointed out to him.

Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

All I can say is that Jorge and his crew are simply the best! I live in an old house and had valiently been trying to snake my own backed-up kitchen sink for two days when I called Jorge practically in tears. He called me right back and was at my house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, was able to snake the whole drainage line. He let me know ways to keep the pipes clean, how the pipes are laid out in my house and what that means if I ever need to replace them (but not needed now, thankfully) and best of all, his service fee was so much less than the other rooter guys in the area for better quality work. Oh - and he cleaned up everything and helped me move storage stuff back without even asking! I have found my plumber - I cannot say enough nice things! I am a single mom to three sons and am pretty handy but am so relieved that when plumbing mishaps happen, that I can call Jorge and JJ's Plumbing!

I found this company after contacting Dominic at MSK Plumbing, he did plumbing work for us before and was excellent, unfortunately he's gotten so booked you have to wait two to four days and my issue couldn't wait so the receptionist referred me to JJ Plumbing and I also read the reviews on Yelp and Yelp never seems to disappoint. I'm glad we got them to do the work at our home after two other plumbers came out and couldn't fix the problem. They came out right away (same day) and unclogged our toilet they came back the next day and did a camera inspection and replaced a pipe and installed a clean out. They worked fast and efficiently. Will highly recommend and will use them again if ever needed. Great work!

Jorge is skilled, reliable, quick, clean and charges reasonable rates. He installed a new garbage disposal for me. The install required a little modification to the pipes. He explained what was needed and why. He tested everything several times and replaced all the defective parts to eliminate all the leaks. He is very pleasant and patient.
