Excellent professional service at a very fair price. Tree roots block our main line about every two years. Jorge agreed to snake it out at the end of a very long day. He texted to let us know he was coming a little later than expected because a job had taken longer than anticipated. Much appreciated. He did a great job, explaining what he was doing at every point. His price was about 60% of the quote from two other plumbers I called and neither of them could do the job same day.

Jorge was so dedicated & conscientious he did not leave our house til midnight when all of our plumbing issues were solved. He found a major leak at the water main that a leak detection company failed to find, replaced a water heater & a faucet. He got back to me within 10 minutes & arrived late but let us know he was running behind. Will definitely call him again.

Called on a Friday afternoon when no one else could make it out here for a plumbing disaster. Jorge arrived on time, worked efficiently (only about an hour to deal with an unknown issue in several lines) and was careful with his cleanup. Can't speak to rates since we didn't get other quotes but it seemed reasonable. $125 to use the snake, and $385 to use the high pressure water machine to unclog the buildup.

Had a problem with a broken pipe in our bathroom sink, which rendered it unusable. Needed a plumber quickly. Was able to get hold of Jorge, who came over in short order, evaluated the problem, explained options to me and then proceeded to fix the problems quickly, as quoted. He then took the time to test to make sure the fix worked without any leakage. Cleaned up thoroughly and I felt the pricing was satisfactory considering that he came quickly (whereas numerous plumbing calls I made could not get to me for at least a few days!). Working with Jorge was a very pleasant experience and I felt that he is totally competent in dealing with any plumbing problem. If I need a plumber again, Jorge is the one!

Jorge had to fix my kitchen sink also it badly needed to be rotor out my sink.I called and he, Jefferson were here in 3hrs.

I secretly know a lot about plumbing, so he passed the most important test he was very honest. He repaired my sink for nothing, he could have said ""all your J traps and older plumbing needs to be replaced"". Instead he fixed the drain and I don't think he charged for the repair.

We tipped both of them they were that good. Nice guy.

I think honesty is so important because now I can get him to do my elderly stepmom's house and not worry about her being taken. He is not cheap, but knowing what you're doing and being honorable is MORE than worth a $175 done in less than 2.5 hours.

Jorge is awesome!

We have been having a leak in the pipe under the kitchen sink since forever. A few months ago we had a plumber come check it out and he gave us a quote of $250 and said he had to buy new pipes for the whole thing! We didn't take his offer.

Fast forward to this month. I started looking for plumbers on Yelp, and called everyone starting from the top of the list but no one picked up until Jorge. I asked what was the earliest time he could come in and he said he could come in the next morning! After our call I also received a text from Michael Your Plumber saying he is not available but that I should call Jorge :D

Today when Jorge was here he spent only about 5 minutes to stop the leak! Just by adjusting the alignment of the pipes! I was so amazed...However, he didn't just stop there. He spent the next 10 minutes checking to see if there were smaller leaks and examining other parts of the pipes besides the obvious places.

In the end, he said normally it's $120 but since he didn't have to get his equipments or anything, he was charging nothing!

I hope he gets lots and lots of business, because his service really is the best!

Jorge came today about 1 hour after I called. He was a referral from MSK Plumbing who were booked up until Saturday. Cleared sewer pipe, removed underground roots clogging pipes where there are cracks. He worked fast and is very polite. We have our bathroom back and working good.

Honesty will get you everything. My toilet had a slow drain but was still working. I assumed it needed a good rooting. Jorge came it and spent a few minutes assessing the toilet and determined that there was a calcium buildup and then advised me how to treat it.
No charge..... my jaw is still on the floor. Jorge was honest and is an upstanding and respectable man.

He was also the only plumber that called me back this morning! I don't look forward to pluming problems but if I have any I will be calling Jorge.
