Responsive, good service at a good price. My main line needs clearing once a year. When my usual guy told me he had to double his price, I went down the list of local providers. JJ Rooter promptly returned my call, kept me in the loop by text, came over and fixed my problem the same morning, and his price was at the low end of the market range. What else can you ask for?

Great service and very conscientious. I had a pretty substantial water leak and called Jorge, who got back to me within 30 minutes of my call. Leak was not in the house and we couldn't really tell where it was going. Jorge suggested I call a leak detection company since we were unable to find the leak. Called the leak detection company but they couldn't come for another 5 days. I had the water turned off and wanted at least a temporary fix so I could use some water in the house for the next 5 days. Called Jorge again, who came back in a couple of hours, we tried a few things, and sure enough, instead of just having a temporary solution, he fixed the problem. I liked how responsive Jorge was, also really nice, seemed genuinely disappointed he was unable to fix the problem on the first try, and very happy when we fixed the issue. Very professional. Would definitely use again.

Jorge diagnosed a leak that we had thought was from the garbage disposal as a simple fix requiring a silicone seal to the countertop and didn't charge us for the visit. He and his assistant were very professional, friendly, and helpful, and I would highly recommend their services.

Very good company came in and got the job done he came inspect the line he came and removed my toilet use a big snake electric machine pulled all type roots in tissue before he came my toilet was stopped up stuff coming from my tub but he came and got the job done I'm for ever thankful

Had a problem with our toilet and shower draining so I called JJ rooter and they came the next day during the window indicated. We opted to snake the drain due to money and time constraints on our part, but was given reasonable long terms solutions to think about for when we get around to saving up the money. If you have time to chat, Jorge is very knowledgeable, so it's worth getting his opinion on all things plumbing related. Very happy with the service overall.

Jorge and his team is competent, professional and friendly, and I highly recommend him and will continue to use him if I ever have any future plumbing needs. My project was a sizable one - 1) replacing the mainline due to a leak; 2) unclogging the lines due to the galvanized pipe sediment the new higher pressure piping pushed to the end of the line (faucets, toilet, etc.), and 3) I decided to replace the galvanized pipe with copper due to the sediment issues.

Jorge responded to my message and was available the same day to provide a quote for the mainline (Friday), fixed it that next day (Saturday), and addressed the sediment issues we were having within a day (Sunday). He ensured the work met my expectations, cleaned up around the area once done, and returned belongings to their place under the sinks, etc.

(Oh, and to top it all off - he also helped the neighbor across the street move a sofa into their house and recommended insulation for me for my attic).
