If your sink has flooded just call Jorge, you will be very happy.

Jorge had to fix my kitchen sink also it badly needed to be rotor out my sink.I called and he, Jefferson were here in 3hrs.

I secretly know a lot about plumbing, so he passed the most important test he was very honest. He repaired my sink for nothing, he could have said ""all your J traps and older plumbing needs to be replaced"". Instead he fixed the drain and I don't think he charged for the repair.

We tipped both of them they were that good. Nice guy.

I think honesty is so important because now I can get him to do my elderly stepmom's house and not worry about her being taken. He is not cheap, but knowing what you're doing and being honorable is MORE than worth a $175 done in less than 2.5 hours.

Jorge is awesome!

We have been having a leak in the pipe under the kitchen sink since forever. A few months ago we had a plumber come check it out and he gave us a quote of $250 and said he had to buy new pipes for the whole thing! We didn't take his offer.

Fast forward to this month. I started looking for plumbers on Yelp, and called everyone starting from the top of the list but no one picked up until Jorge. I asked what was the earliest time he could come in and he said he could come in the next morning! After our call I also received a text from Michael Your Plumber saying he is not available but that I should call Jorge :D

Today when Jorge was here he spent only about 5 minutes to stop the leak! Just by adjusting the alignment of the pipes! I was so amazed...However, he didn't just stop there. He spent the next 10 minutes checking to see if there were smaller leaks and examining other parts of the pipes besides the obvious places.

In the end, he said normally it's $120 but since he didn't have to get his equipments or anything, he was charging nothing!

I hope he gets lots and lots of business, because his service really is the best!

Jorge came today about 1 hour after I called. He was a referral from MSK Plumbing who were booked up until Saturday. Cleared sewer pipe, removed underground roots clogging pipes where there are cracks. He worked fast and is very polite. We have our bathroom back and working good.

Honesty will get you everything. My toilet had a slow drain but was still working. I assumed it needed a good rooting. Jorge came it and spent a few minutes assessing the toilet and determined that there was a calcium buildup and then advised me how to treat it.
No charge..... my jaw is still on the floor. Jorge was honest and is an upstanding and respectable man.

He was also the only plumber that called me back this morning! I don't look forward to pluming problems but if I have any I will be calling Jorge.

We had what appeared to be a blocked lateral to the sewer line, water dripping in a difficult location. I called Jorge and, amazingly, within 10 minutes two guys appeared at my door. They said they happened to be nearby.

The located the problem--fortunately not a blocked sewer line--and the repair--a broken fitting--was handled immediately.

Could not ask for better or more professional and prompt service.

Another 5 stars for JJ Plumbing--prompt, professional, reasonably priced and fixed what to us was a mystery problem: the sink wouldn't drain unless the garbage disposal was running, and then, when the disposal was turned off there was a big sploosh! and a mini-fountain of water returning up out of the drain. All clear, drains perfectly. Thanks, Jorge.

Unclogged a drain that was clogged deep into the pipe. George arrived on time, fixed the problem, and charged a reasonable amount without all the idiocy I've come to expect from plumbers (e.g. travel fees). Highly recommended!

Gorge was courteous, professional, kind, accommodating and most importantly honest. I had an emergency, who doesn't? and I was not felt taken advantage of, which some plumber can... you know?

I called at 10:30pm the night before asking for an early visit to not miss work, and George texted me that he will come by at 7am which he did. Solving the problem was not easy but George explained to me all options calmly as we went. He figured out the problem and did not charge me through the nose.

I was relieved, glad I called JJ Rooter (thx Yelp!) and am a very satisfied customer.

You don't switch once you find a reliable doctor, car mechanic or plumber. right ?
