This company was referred to me when our tankless water heater went out. The steps that they took to get a new one installed was above and beyond what most companies would have done. The employee scheduled to come out in the morning was ill and therefore a different employee was put on the job. The gentleman didn't even do installation anymore and they had to make a separate trip in to Seattle to get the new unit. The scheduling coordinator remained calm, positive and reassuring while hurdling each obstacle and was able to have a new, tankless hot water heater installed by the afternoon. From Jessica to Doug to Steve (I think) everyone was amazing. Personable and left me more than grateful to have hot water again :) Kudos to this company
