J&J is the BEST! We are new to the area and I had no idea who to call to repair a toilet and replace the bathtub faucet in our new house.
The first company I called told me the toilet could not be repaired that I had to replace it. They also told me that our bathtub was plumbed wrong and that the faucets couldn't be replaced unless they rerouted the plumbing and in order to reroute it, they would have to cut into the wall and weld new pipes. NOPE! I found J & J/Jerry on Yelp and I'm so glad I did. Jerry answered my call on the first ring and was at our house in less than an hour. Even though I chose to have the new toilet installed, Jerry said I didn't have to that he could easily repair the toilet AND.... He installed the new bathtub faucet in record timing WITHOUT cutting into my wall.
