Beth C.Do not recommend these guys for your EMERGENCY plumbing problem. Poor communication skills. Was told he would be available monday to fix a plumbing emergency at my house. Took a day off work, awaited for a phone call all day. Called this company at 11 am to check ETA. Gentleman said they are ""busy doing a remodel"" and not available. Doing a remodel? While my crawl space is flooding with a pipe pouring out water? Priorities guys.....
Called another company, very responsive, arrived same day to fix the emergency.
Chris W.In the past year or so I've had several plumbing ""emergencies"" --ok, they were more like inconveniences but they felt like disasters to me. I have always received prompt and expert service when calling J&J.
The issues were also repaired quickly as well.
They are honest and knowledgable. I trust them and will continue to use them in the future.
