I would select minus star if I could for j and j plumbing. My mother in law had a bathroom sink clog, I removed the trap and tried to clear it myself. I told her she would need to call a pro. Should have called myself. She called j and j plumbing, they cleared the sink- but did not check to see if it was all good. Now it is late at night and her basement is flooded with sewage. All they did was move the clog down the line a little. She called them back and the response was ' not our problem ' WRONG ANSWER! The city actually sent 2 VERY nice and professional young men out. They put a camera down the pipe and determined it was not on the city side. So avoid j and j 'plumbing ' and call a real pro if you need a drain cleared!

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and professional! Our property management company has been using him for 20+ years and he is the best of the best! We had a disaster when our historic cast iron hot water heating system sprung a leak last year. Mike responded quickly, gave solid professional advice and helped to get our system back online in a timely manner. While his work was not cheap, I'm very happy with the outcome. I plan on using him again for future work.

Mike put in an outdoor tap for $500; a simple job. While the tap was correctly installed, I wasn't impressed with the level of workmanship. The tap came out crooked with a really sloppy application of sealant around the outside (see pictures above). He didn't see anything wrong with it and wasn't interested in making it right.
