J and J Plumbing installed a two way clean out for us on 3-3-15.
On 10-21-17, we had to pay another plumber to correct J and J Plumbing's original work.
We would not recommend J and J Plumbing.

I am in total agreement with Dawn B. Ed and his associate came to my house to clear a slow drain. J & J plumbing arrived on time, did their job and cleaned up after they finished. My neighbor and I have hired J & J plumbing for several years and have never had an issue with their service. I will continue to hire J & J for my plumbing needs and refer them to friends and family. Thanks for the great job Ed!

I don't understand the poor reviews. I had a wonderful experience with Ed from J & J plumbing. I had to have the main line from my house replaced. My home is 75+ years old in West Sacramento. I had originally called another company. The other plumber did not understand the setup on my property. I had very old orangeberg pipe. A friend suggested I call Ed. He was fantastic. Ed has been working in West Sacramento for 35 years. He understood the problem immediately. Ed got his crew out to my house and did the replacement with no problems. His crew left my yard looking better than when he showed up. It was very neat and tidy. He was also more affordable than the competition. I had an emergency and Ed saved the day.

This plumber is the worst......I will refer him as ""plumber #1"" .. After his attempt to fix the problem, it still leaked and when I called him he was the rudest contractor I have ever talked to. ""So what do you want me to do about it?"" he said. All I ask is that you fix the problem. ""I'll get to it when I can""....He finally showed up 2 days letter unannounced and after I had talked to All Phase. He and his helper were not allowed into the house after I found out the following..

I hired All Phase and they pointed out many problems. The connectors that were used were not code. The slope of the drainage pipe was at an incline rather than down a slope. The pee trap was hand tightened which NEVER met code considering where it was. It should have been Glued to be code. And lastly, 2 of the ""glued"" ABS pipes were not glued all the way and had a gap allowing it to continue to leak when draining.

This cost me $600.......Not a cheap lesson....No offer to compensate for bad repair.

An individual named Ed, representing this firm has been my landlord' go to plumber for frequent repairs needed at the duplex where I have been a tenant for the past seven years. The work he and hia assistans have done:sewer repair,leaving raw sewage seeping into the gazebo and backyard after jackhammering the concrete floor in the gazebo,and failing to restore the surface. the last repair of a broken pipe in the basement was repaired with 1/2"" PVC pipe attached by couplings to a 3/4"" metal pipe. He has been consistently rude ,failing to cleanup after himself. Would not recommend him for any task.

We had these guys install a new sink. The sink was off kilter in the hole, so we straightened it ourselves. The pipes leaked within a day. They came back out and tightened them. Two weeks later, we had a large amount of water under our sink and on our kitchen floor. The piping looked like it was streched to the max in a way that shouldn't have been and didn't fit properly. They came out again and said it was because we must have ""bumped"" the pipes. I put the last sink in and ""bumped"" the pipes for 15 years without a leak. I went to Lowe's, got decent piping, replaced it and solved the problem myself. Wouldn't use them again for anything. Cheap material, cheap, shoddy work, inferior in every way, for a job they were well paid for.
