One of the plumbers came to fix my toilet because the water in the tank was running non stop and the tank was not filling up. The plumber did not fix the issue and actually made it worse because now my toilet won't flush. I called the plumber named Jerry and advised him that the problem was not fixed and now my toilet won't flush. He started arguing with me and claimed he didn't fix it and won't give me my money back. This company is unprofessional and unreliable and in the future I'll just call the home warranty because he charged me more than the home warranty to fix a simple issue along with making it worse because now I have to find someone else to fix 2 issues instead of one.

I'm only giving a 2 star rating because they unclogged the drain fairly quickly. However they completely ripped us off by charging $350 for a basic 20 minute drain cleaning. Most large plumbing services will rip you off, that's why I like to use independent companies. This rate however was far worse than any other plumbing service you'll find to do a simple drain cleaning. Even brought it to their attention how outrageous their charges were and they were proud to claim they're ripped off my neighbors with significantly higher rates. STAY AWAY and find someone who charges an honest rate.

We were referred to Jaime, J&J Plumbing, via our contractor BMW Builders (Contractor who is as Good as it Gets) to assess, repair & resolve (2) bathroom/(2) toilets-related issues. Jaime is professional, pandemic-sensitive and honest/trustworthy...and fair!!! I highly recommend him!!!

Our kitchen sink was draining slowly and I initially tried to unclog it myself, but I finally gave up after several unsuccessful tries and called J & J, who had been out a couple years ago to clear out a clog in our garage sink drain. I've now had the pleasure of working with both of the J's, and they are very professional and reasonably priced. Once again they responded quickly to my call and were out the next day, which was very much appreciated by everyone in our house given the peak holiday season.

Have used these guys a couple times - have a lot of confidence in Javier (have not worked with Jaime yet). He diagnoses and fixes quickly, and when I had an emergency on the weekend, they put me on the Monday schedule and showed up and fixed the issue within an hour Monday morning.

They did a very big job (re-piping a condo) for a friend, and did a fantastic job. Have no reservations about using them and referring them! If you need a toilet set, pipes repaired or other plumbing issues- these guys are the ones you should call!
