This is the second time we have used J & J. First to install dishwasher, microwave and fridge. This time for a new garbage disposal. Andy was very professional, quick and through. He did a great job. We will definitely call them in the future.

Paid $300 for dishwasher install. They were contacted with Fred's appliance. Hooked up incorrectly and now have to wait another 10 days for them to come back and fix it. Do not hire.

I bought a new kitchen faucet from Home Depo and J and J plumbing was contracted to install it. I almost cancelled the installation because of the bad Yelp reviews. I'm really glad that I didn't. Workmen arrived on time. Called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. They replaced my worn valves and installed my new facet in about 1/2 hour. Courteous, clean, and professional. Thank you Andy and Chris for doing such a wonderful job. Thank you Home Depo for turning me on to such a reliable company. J and J plumbing is a ""go to"" in my tool box, from now on.
Would highly recommend.

Horrible customer service when you call the office! The lady that answered the phone and makes the appointment is very rude and not helpful at all. On that note that's why I wouldn't recommend them! If I could give zero Stars I would but I can't If I want to leave a review.

Terrible phone scheduling. No flexibility on times. When they do get there to install something, watch out. Short cuts will be taken. Actually saw one of their employees loading his warehouse truck for customer deliveries. He had a range on a hand truck and just dropped it real hard to the ground. Did not have any concern for the product. Too bad for the person buying the range. I'd recommend calling other electrical or plumbing companies.

They either broke my toilet or installed a broken toilet, and then they laid the blame at my feet by stating that I must have cracked a newly installed porcelain bowl in the 2 hours between their messy install and the toilet's first use. Amazing. Home Depot clearly doesn't care who installs their appliances, but in their defense, they refunded the price of the install (after about 2 total hours of text messaging and phone calls), though I still have 2 toilets that I've paid for since I can't get a refund on the broken toilet until it is returned...which I can't do until the new one is installed. Just a mess, and all because these disreputable, failures at life are allowed to do this sort of work again & again--read the reviews. And check out their website, wait, I mean photo of a trailer. Come on, Home Depot, I thought you were better than this

I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot and paid for installation and removal of my old one. They were very unhelpful, inflexible and rude when I asked if they could install near the time that my dishwasher was delivered, delaying installation a week. They do not care about their customers and are seriously lacking customer service. I would highly advise taking your business elsewhere to a company that actually deserves to stay in business. I spoke with two different employees who interrupted me and were quite unpleasant.

Andy and apprentice came out to install dishwasher. Unfortunately one problem after another, seized valve and inadequate electrical (it's an old home). Despite those issues, Andy was super awesome and helpful throughout the whole process. I was only charged for the valve and will call to finalize the installation once the electrical is fixed. Honest, fair price and very sociable. Thank you

Chad and Ricky came out this morning to help unstick the bottom drawer of our oven. We had tried repeatedly to open it with no success. We thought they'd have to tip the oven back or sideways to move the contents of the bottom drawer. It took them literally 5 minutes to fix it using a hangar bent to the proper angle. They opened the drawer within 5 minutes of arriving. Very creative problem solving. We were thrilled to rescue the contents of the drawer and use the bottom oven again. Very happy with J and J. Always get good service from those guys installing an oven microwave, range, or gas installation to the oven. Chad and Ricky were very nice guys also. Will use J and J again without hesitation.

Setup with home depot purchase of hot water heater and installation. Was told J andJ plumbing did all of home depot in cda's installs and they would call in the morning. No call by noon so I called and talked to receptionist. She took some info and said she would get back to me with a quote.5 hours later I get back in touch with her.Me calling them not them getting back to me.I should have walked away then but I accepted there quote depending on when they could get out to do it.She said she would have to check and she would get back to me.Finally the next afternoon I called them again and she said she was still working on it.I went to Lowes and dealt with Ken in plumbing. He sent out their installers Providence plumbing that same afternoon got a quote $150 less than home depot and they installed it that Fri. afternoon until 7pm.Can't tell you what a huge difference it was dealing with Lowes and Providence compared to home depot and J and J plumbing.Don't waste your time with home depot and surely not J and J.Absolutely horrible experience and alot of wasted time and energy.
