I called Jaime on August 19th and asked if he could go to a home I rent out on Airbnb and fix a leak on a toilet. Simple enough right? Since I wasn't on-site I didn't know where toilet was leaking. Jaime agree to go fix next day, but didn't go until the 22nd. When he went he replaced the wax ring and billed me $160. I paid the same day as soon and he notified me job was done. On the 25th I get notified by airbnb renters the toilet is leaking. I call Jaime and he proceeds to tell me that he would need to charge me an additional $140 service call plus parts if he goes to fix toilet. I tell him that is very unprofessional because I paid him to fix the leak and it's not a difficult job. The 26th I drove to the home and fixed leak by replacing the flush valve. Do not hire J&J Plumbing and Heating Co. Jaime is unreliable and has no ethics when it comes to backing his work.

Had this company come for an emergency water heater leak. He came to see the issue advised I needed a new water heater. I was told he'd come the next day for the install; however on the day of - said he couldn't come till Monday at 9:00 am.

I started calling and texting Monday morning to confirm what time he'd be here for the install. I didn't receive any response back nor did he pickup my calls.

Very unprofessional and a waste of time. I had other plumbers willing to come do the install but waited 3 days without hot water so he could do the installation since he was the person that came to identify the issue.

Don't waste your time. The company is very unreliable! I got the same job done by someone else for the same price!

We needed to convert the propane to natural gas at our cabin in Sugarloaf. I cannot thank Jaime at J&J plumbing enough for getting this job done so well and at a reasonable price. He took care of getting the permit also. The County Inspector came out and quickly approved the work. The gas co came back out to install the meter and he was very impressed with the work done also. Our propane stove was already leaking so it promoted us to go ahead and make the switch to natural gas rather than buy a new propane stove. Jaime even connected the gas stove I found J&J plumbing 909-519-1794 and I'm glad I did. The job was done perfectly, very quickly and at an extremely reasonable cost. I'd highly recommend.
