I called J & J Plumbing on 7/6/15 early in the morning to see if they could look at a clogged sink in a rental house located in Long Beach, told him the tenants availability. And they went to the house did the work, he had to go to a couple of stores to find the right part, but he found the part fixed both bathroom sinks and now the tenant is a happy camper. It was a very smooth process. I think I have a new plumber. Also, I had my handy man at the house to over see things (the plumber thought he was the tenant's husband) and my handy man who is a licensed contractor said that Joe and his son's were nice people and that they did a good job. I'll be using his services again if needed. I love the fact that he could do the job on the same day I called and he finished that same day as well, as a landlord that's very important; you want to keep your tenants happy and your property well maintained!

Hi my name is victor white handyman. Many people in Long Beach may know me as a highly sought after handyman. I make it a high priority of mine to make sure everything I take on gets finished come hell or high water. Last night at customer's toilet was filled up to the second story with wet wipes and everything you can imagine, I called my to usual plumbers and they said no thanks see you tomorrow morning and for $275. The price kind of blew me out of the water for my usual guys and the fact that neither one of them wanted it until tomorrow kind of just rubbed me wrong. So I went digging online thru yelp.com and found j and j plumbing and he says I'll be out after dinner for 150. I felt terrible that I was interrupting his meal and relaxation time but these were his words and I was willing to work with him. It turns out small world he has done work at this property before and that was a small blessing for me. I can tell you now I will be using j and j plumbing for now and as long as I can and that says a lot coming from victor white handyman.

I got a call from my tenant telling me that an exterior pipe sprung a leak. I called J & J Plumbing and he was there in about 20 minutes. He called to tell me it was an easy fix and quoted me a reasonable price. When I met him at the house, he was very professional. Based on his service and honesty, I will definitely recommend and use him again.

We had a waterline bust in our wall and we figured it out in the early evening. By this time of day, most plumbers were already done for the day. Our go-to plumber apologized for not being able to make it out. So there we were, with the main water line shut off, over 2 inches of water pooled under our house, and no prospect of taking a shower.

Luckily we found Joe of J&J Plumbling. I called and he picked up. He was headed home but kindly stopped by to help us out. He gave us a fair price considering the time of night. Not only was he very capable and experienced, he was also a nice, honest guy. Joe explained to us the problem. He drove to 2 Home Depots as they were closing to get the materials. Then he got to work. About an hour in, we learned that he had skipped dinner so we bought some fast food (we were hungry too!). The job was done a little after midnight. Everything works fine now.

Needed a plumber for the house I'm renting, don't want to spend a fortune but need to get the pipes unclogged. Joe came out that day, took his time making sure everything was fixed and working, and charged me LESS than I thought I would have to pay. Now how often can you say that...never! Will definitely keep his card and refer to friends!
