It was Fri night at 630pm- I had ran my clothes washer and noticed water in bathtub and also my toilet had water around base and wasn't flushing- that is a main line stoppage!
I called around trying to find help and was lucky to find Joe! He got to me in about an hour and was able to snake the pipes and clear the blockage! It was prompt, friendly, and affordable considering it was Fri night. Joe will be my plumber moving forward- 5 stars!

I called J&J Plumbing in the morning, and they came out later that afternoon. They spent a few hours working on the problem ( plugged sewer drain ) and fixed it after numerous different attempts. I was very happy with these guys and would call them again for any additional plumbing needs.

I was really rooting for this guy because of all the great reviews. In addition, he was prompt in returning my calls. However, the day he was supposed to come his guy came more than 2 hours late. He then spent over 2 hours attempting to fix a backed up tub and toilet... To no avail. I'd give 1 star but Joe was pretty like able and also didn't charge anything for his time.. (I should hope not) .. My dad called his plumber and they had a high pressure hose in there .. Done and done in an hour.

I will definitely recommend J & J Plumbing. Joe helped me last year by using a camera in my main line to determine that my root problem was the city's responsibility, saving me thousands of dollars! Today he came out and cleared my kitchen clean out. He is friendly, prompt, and gets the job done for a reasonable price!

I called J & J Plumbing on 7/6/15 early in the morning to see if they could look at a clogged sink in a rental house located in Long Beach, told him the tenants availability. And they went to the house did the work, he had to go to a couple of stores to find the right part, but he found the part fixed both bathroom sinks and now the tenant is a happy camper. It was a very smooth process. I think I have a new plumber. Also, I had my handy man at the house to over see things (the plumber thought he was the tenant's husband) and my handy man who is a licensed contractor said that Joe and his son's were nice people and that they did a good job. I'll be using his services again if needed. I love the fact that he could do the job on the same day I called and he finished that same day as well, as a landlord that's very important; you want to keep your tenants happy and your property well maintained!

Hi my name is victor white handyman. Many people in Long Beach may know me as a highly sought after handyman. I make it a high priority of mine to make sure everything I take on gets finished come hell or high water. Last night at customer's toilet was filled up to the second story with wet wipes and everything you can imagine, I called my to usual plumbers and they said no thanks see you tomorrow morning and for $275. The price kind of blew me out of the water for my usual guys and the fact that neither one of them wanted it until tomorrow kind of just rubbed me wrong. So I went digging online thru yelp.com and found j and j plumbing and he says I'll be out after dinner for 150. I felt terrible that I was interrupting his meal and relaxation time but these were his words and I was willing to work with him. It turns out small world he has done work at this property before and that was a small blessing for me. I can tell you now I will be using j and j plumbing for now and as long as I can and that says a lot coming from victor white handyman.
