These guys are great! Joe saved us from a major problem when the furnace went out at my rental property. I was overseas and he responded right away and worked with the tenant to diagnose the problem. When the repair part was delayed for a day, he arranged for someone to get him the part the same day anyway. Then, he knew the tenant was going to be stuck in a freezing house all night, so he went the extra mile and got the job finished at midnight on a friday night. Thanks Joe!

My heat pump broke on Sunday and I called several places. J&J was the only one that answered phone in person. Joe came right away and found out what was wrong without any extra charge for the weekend service call. He came back with the part on Monday morning and was done with the repair within 30 minutes. With such an excellent service, I am thinking of using J&J to replace my water heater.

My experience with tradesmen over the years left me thinking there was no hope out there for an all around company to follow through with what they promise and not over charge me for simple solutions. Joe was very knowledgeable and gave me the best cost effective approach on upgrading my dual system, and I even hired him for other things I needed done around the house. I called j&j out for an estimate on replacing my heating and air system they were the third company I had called out. The tech I dealt with Joe was very knowledgeable and was the only company to let me know about all the deals Virginia and the federal government were offering on high efficecent units. I was able to upgrade to a much better system for less than the low end every one else was offering he did a great job putting it in it only took him a day and he left my house clean. Not sure what else to say this was an amazing experience.
