Was the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. On June 29th they were contacted to let them know that both my AC units were out. They sent the same tech out 5 times they would tell me we will be there between whatever time they said & then about anywhere from 5 min before they were supposed to be here till 15 min after they would call & say We are not going to be able to come today. So for the whole month of August &the first part of September No air, the they were going to charge me $700.00 for things that were not needed. When they were caught they told the home warranty co they could not continue. So I would never reminded them at all.

Cannot recommend J and J heating and air conditioning. Re-insulation of my ductwork was very shotty. There's a 2 inch gap that you can see the ducting did not install correctly The fiberglass .Ran out of tape to complete the job. This was on the backside that you can't see from the floor.

Communication with the company was very poor. Their manager was supposed to call never did didn't seem to care I guess..
