Jorge was able to come out on short notice and quickly diagnose a plumbing issue with our shower drain. The root cause was a construction error that I'm working with the original installer to address, but he gave me advice on approaches to handle the issue. Our kitchen faucet broke and all the water shut offs were malfunctioning . We called several plumbers and none were available for a few days . With the current drought , this was not a time to wait . I am so grateful I called JJ construction and Plumbing . After hours , they answered the call and arrived within 30 minutes . He also detected that the main shut off at the street on the EBMUD side is leaking and the shut off is not set correctly . He stayed and fixed all . Informed me to call EBMUD to fix their end . He was so incredibly nice , efficient , and professional . The best experience I've ever had with in home house repairs :)

We had an issue with our toilet not flushing properly for months. I googled potential issues but could not find answers. I asked our contractor who also did not provide a good solution. Finally we called JJ construction and plumbing who came out the same day to assess a problem. They gave us a clear diagnosis of what the issue is and how to address it short term and long term. They also fixed our clogged sink in 10 minutes that has been given us trouble for months. Moreover, I understand how to address this next time it happens again!

The evening before I was leaving town for two weeks, the sewer line backed up into my downstairs bathroom, toilet and shower. What a mess! I started calling plumbers who claimed to offer 24/7 service. Only Jorge responded promptly. He came in an hour, on a Friday night, diagnosed the problem, and cleared the stopped up pipe between the house and the sewer lateral. He was so kind and understanding, and efficient. His price was very reasonable, less than I expected. He advised me about how to go about getting a permanent fix by replacing a particular section of pipe. I will definitely call Jorge again for any future plumbing needs. He's a good person and a great plumber. I highly recommend Jorge!

We had a nightmare situation with our landlord's plumber, who came out multiple times and each time seemed to have made things worse... Jorge and Saul came to our rescue! They were very professional, friendly and respectful. They showed up on time, even on a late evening on Friday, and what was seemingly unfixable before, was quickly resolved. Not only did they fix it, they were extremely communicative and explained the cause of the problem, and how to avoid it in the future. It's been working with no further issues.

We have since then called them back twice more for other issues and each time, their service was beyond expectation.
