I was very impressed with Jaimie of J.I. Plumbing. He came out quickly after we called him. He fixed both a major problem with our toilet and a leak under the sink. I am quite happy to pay a plumber that returns calls, shows up on time, and does quality work. I will certainly use Jaimie again in the future.

Plumber to the rescue!

Woke up early this morning to take a shower. Lol and behold, no hot water. Checked out plumbers for the Chandler area and found J. I. Plumbing had good reviews. Called them at 7 am and he was here in 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and then he replaced my water heater, installed a new one and hauled the old one away. Great service, nice guy and a hard worker.

I highly recommend Jaimie Innes and J. I. Plumbing for your next plumbing job. I know I will.

Our experience was MUCH WORSE than Stephanie D's review on 5/31/2018 and much like Ellie S's review on 6/22/2013 .. I was going to choose NO STARS, but you don't have that option on here. I will avoid and would recommend anyone to BEWARE of dealing with this company. Otherwise, buyer beware! I started off calling to get an estimate. Jaimie would only provide an estimate over the phone and not in person, of which other reputable contractors do to insure they would see what the job would entail. So, I received an estimate over the phone from him based upon other estimates received in person. He quoted me an absurd amount of money, based on other quotes received. After I hung up with him, he sent me a text saying he was sorry and actually misquoted me. In that text, in which I still have, he provided that quote, which was actually very competitive after being revised at that time. Most people would send via email, but after our conversation, he didn't have my email address. So, after receiving the text, I asked for an received an estimate via email, of which Jaimie sent out the next day. After receiving other estimates, items came up. I called to request a revised estimate based on what I found out. Jaimie refused to send me a revised estimate and said, ""Just write it on the estimate I provided via email"" - very odd response. My goal was to get an accurate estimate to compare so we could make he best decision for our project. Jaimie acted like our project was not important to him. Based on our last conversation, we didn't feel comfortable and had no confidence in Jaimie completing our project, even if he would have the best overall bid. Another company has now completed our project, much to our satisfaction.

After reading the positive reviews I was very surprised by the poor customer service from this company. Called regarding a leak and was told they had ""no availability right now"" and was offered no other options or timeframes. Called another company and had the leak repaired. I would not call this company again.

Jaimie of JI Plumbing was fantastic! I own a business and my one and only toilet stopped running on a Friday evening. I Googled ""plumber Scottsdale"" and his was the first business to pop up, so I thought ""What the heck"" and dialed the number. His wife, Judy, answered the phone with the sweetest southern accent and handed the phone right over to Jaimie when I told her about my debacle. It was 6pm on a Friday- so understandably, he offered me first thing Saturday morning. He came to my shop around 9am and completed his job before we opened at 10am- it was perfect! He was very pleasant to talk to and had a very professional and kind demeanor. Thanks so much for saving us from being toilet-less on our busiest day, Jaimie!

Great service! I had a tough schedule to work with as my husband was out of town and I work full time. He worked with me and offered to come three days later on a Sunday! He repaired our toilet quickly and saved us $150 a month on our water bill!
