Jackie D.I acquired a clogged toilet on xmas! UGH!! I called J. Henry and they actually answered the phone. I knew the rates would be high due to the holiday - so, having a 2nd bathroom, we agreed that they could come on Monday. I was so embarrassed of the 'mess' in the toilet upon his arrival!! The young man was so, so very nice... never complained... even took his boots off outside!! He had my toilet un-clogged in 10 mins! I have never dealt with such nice folks! Holly C.I cannot say enough about this company. I awoke early Friday morning to water in the floor and under my kitchen sink. I was so worried that the weekend would cause extra charges or it would not be fixed till Monday. I called Josh Henry at 7:15am and he had a worker, Jason, there by 10:15 and by noon a new garbage disposal was bought and installed! He fixed a toilet that was running with no charge. The bill was less than I expected. I plan to use them again for a future project.
