Horrible workmanship !! Jeff came out and charged lots of money to replace a main water line. Within a year it leaked again!!! He blames it on the pipe minerals. I called another plumber and says he should of put a plastic shroud around the areas of concerned. I will NEVER use this plumber again!! He doesn't know how to make the customer happy for referrals nor care!!! He asked me for $600 - $800 to fix a solder joint!!! Really?? Scammer

The repair was $280. Pay for the repair and I will post you are a man of your word as indicated by reply. We will see and I will modify my review. But, my question is if you're unavailable @ the time of my call, then why did YOU have a backup in case an emergency came up? Not that good are you?? Or, your work is too perfect? I didn't feel the excellent service!!!! And, Yelpers don't be fooled, it WASN'T three years ago!! Don't paint a different picture!!!

I'll preface this review that I am also a plumber and business owner. I have been plumbing close to 20 years and see guys come and go regularly.

That all being said I've worked with Jeff the owner. We've been co workers and I genuinely gotta say that Jeff doesn't take the easiest route when it comes to his work he takes the CORRECT route to ensure a level of quality he feels his customers deserve.

Technically he is my ""competition"" so it's not cost effective for me but credit is due. Jeff will give you the care you deserve and I'd give him my business any day. He's good at what he does as well as easy to talk to and work with. He's informative and adds the level of craft and quality most strive to give. You won't go wrong here.

Jeff and his assistant Cody came out same-day to look at our toilet that was leaking from the base. They were fast, professional, clean, paid extra attention to detail (like caulking the base around the toilet), and triple-checked to ensure everything was working as expected. I also appreciate the 90-day warranty on the work completed. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a stubborn clogged pipe, and called Jeff. He showed up 40 minutes later, cleared the clog, and improved our access for the next time it gets clogged. He was super nice, explained everything, and was very reasonably priced. We are extremely happy and will absolutely call for anything else we might need. Jeff came out to my house for a clogged drain. He quoted me over the phone and arrived right on time. He fixed the drain and another plumbing issue I had. If I ever need anything done I found my plumber. Give him a call he works hard and is very thorough

If you are looking for a great plumber, this is who you want to call. I really appreciated the work, reliability, cost, and professionalism that I found in Jeff and all of his associates. They worked in the rain when I had a problem with my sewer connection. Jeff kept me in the loop with and let me know exactly where the problem lay. I was very grateful with all the information he shared with me.
Since I have an older home, I will definitely need their service again and I would not hesitate to call them with any kind of plumbing problems that will eventually come my way. Highly recommend.

Finding a good, reliable, competent plumber can be challenging, to say the least. I'm pretty sure I've found one after a visit from Jeff of J G Plumbing & Sewer.
We've had a persistent problem with leakage on the kitchen counter from the air gap of the dishwasher. I've had two other plumbers try and fail to solve this, but Jeff figured it out. What I liked about his work is that he actually tested his initial fix, and, when it failed, he gave serious thought to why it had failed. Turns out the original dishwasher installation was faulty, and the counter top air gap is not needed at all, because the DW has its own built-in air gap. Kudos to Jeff for persistence in solving a problem that had mystified me and others.

I had a water pipe break in my attic and I really wanted to find a local plumber. I didn't want to call a large company where they send out inexperienced techs. I called Jeff of JG Plumbing and he was out to my home in a couple of hours. Jeff was awesome. Instead of just slipping a sleeve over the leak, he replaced that section of pipe. I couldn't have been more pleased. And I was so happy to have an actual plumber on the job. I highly recommend JG Plumbing!
