Everything about my experience with J. Ellis was positive. From the nearly immediate response to send someone out. To the software-based application running on a tablet that let me understand in a very clear way what was to be done, and what it would cost.
Then there was Casey, who was hard working, professional, careful to protect my floors, and an overall good problem solver. Just where exactly was the problem and what would it take to fix it? He handled the job from start to finish, and I was back to a fully functional system. I can't imagine a better experience dealing with a serious sudden plumbing problem, and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Company and plumbers were great, pricing and scheduling could use an overhaul. While the work was good, it was basic work and paid way more than other quotes I received, all for an hour of work. Should have been at least $100 less for such basic repairs.
