I called them made appt and they came on time. Finished job earlier then they said, main water leak. They cleaned up after they were done, all the guys were very friendly and explained what they were gonna do. Went to office to drop money off and Nancy was very friendly also. I called them after I seen a great review and yep they got the job done!

I had a pinhole leak in my wall. I called J.D'Uva plumbing and they were booked up, but then said, we will try to get me squeezed in tomorrow. Within a few hours, they called and said, they were sending over a plumber. Robert showed up, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 75 minutes and it wasn't a simple job. Robert knew exactly what he was doing with his 30 years of experience. We are usually worried about the costs of plumbing issues, this company was extremely fair. From the phone call to the repair, very nice people. I highly recommend J. D'Uva Plumbing

I had two pinhole leaks in the last week in my plumbing and both times they came out within 1-2 hrs and fixed the problem for $112 and $107 respectively. Thats excellent service for a fair price. The first visit was a leak i found after camping for 4 days and got home at 5 pm to find the leak. Called them and they had a guy out by 7 pm and fixed the leak. Strongly recommended!!!

My personal experience is that this company is dishonest and the work unprofessional
I called this company because my ""go to"" plumber was out of town -
Long story short J. D'uva showed up & attempted to unclog drain, broke tip of snake off in the drain (which my ""go to"" plumber found later), left & said they need to talk to the landlord (me), - then they never called me! Instead my tenant called me upset that they cut holes in the wall. When I called the the technician asking why this happened he apologized and said he got busy elsewhere! I own many apartment buildings in Lake Havasu alone and have many tradesmen as vendors and have NEVER experienced this type of service! J.D'Uva insists that I pay the invoice and I will pay it but not without exposing their true colors.

Below is a note from my building manager:
J. D'uva came & fixed the drain only to have it stop up the first time using it. The head of the snake fell off and the next plumber found it. J. D'uva told tenant that he couldn't do any more. The floor had to be jack hammered.

I'm a new resident to LHC. I had the pleasure of working with Tommy twice. The first time to hook up the icemaker and change out the leaky valves in my washer and the second time to install my Pelican water system. Each time he was timely, polite, performed neatly the tasks at hand and when he had completed the jobs everything was spic and span. I would reccomend this company to anyone needing plumbing work. I call yesterday to have our RO system repair and they show up as planned. The plumber was very nice and he keep the very clean as he worked in the house and garage.
