I had to call a plumber while working out of the country. The Property Manager recommended JD Vaughn & Sons. I spoke directly with JD to handle the problem. He communicated with me when he could come out and how much. Not only was it a fair price, but when a problem occurred, he jumped to fix it. The epitomy of good service. I have to give 5 stars to JD Vaughn & Sons for their problem solving skills, it's not whether have problem free service, but how you serve the problem. Great job.

I called due to my main pipeline being clogged about 7 months ago and water back flowing into the house in my bathroom. The guy came out quickly and snaked it for a really good price! I just found their info again for another project (shut off valve replacement)!

We had a small leak at our office (The Maids of Jacksonville) and I was able to call and get a repair the next day. The technician repaired the leak with a clamp and explained the situation, we are very pleased with the work, promptness and quality shown by everyone from the call-in to the technician. Shawn arrived on time diagnosed the problem, gave me a couple options. I chose to receive parts from the Maker since it had a lifetime warranty.
