Had a small job (pin holes in a pipe, leaking). Called Conley, called me back 10 minutes later. Had a crew here within an hour. Surprised me because he didn't call to tell me they were on the way. Anyway, issue with the pipe that guy was able to overcome. Problem solved quickly. Appreciate how fast they came out and having to work in the cold area of the house. Thanks.

I have been using J. Conley & Sons for many years. They installed a new water heater, unclogged the sewer drain, and put in a new utility sink. They've also done many small jobs. In all cases they were professional and they went above and beyond the minimum required. They always cleaned up.
Today they handled a toilet that was leaking in several places and also did some smaller jobs.
Also they disinfected the toilet and the surrounding area. I always call Rodger because of their excellent work and because I trust him and his company completely.

Would not recommend, especially if needed for an urgent repair. Called, said he would be out to do the job the next day. Never heard back, in spite of leaving multiple messages with his answering service. Bad business etiquette. At least call to say you can't honor your word.

Following up a job lead from a friend, I put a long days work in the office for the owner, Rodger, for an agreed upon amount of money. At the end of the day, he discussed his desire to hire me on a full-time basis but that he'd have to catch up with me by the weekend, as he had no money or checks on him to pay me for the day! After numerous, futile attempts to contact him, all of which we're ignored I cut my losses. I would never do business with a company whose owner has so little character.

The guys put in my new water heater yesterday. Absolutely fabulous. Installed perfectly, cleaned up as if they had never been here and not a mark on any wall or floor. Thank you Conley.
