I have used JJ Drain & Sewer twice now and can't recommend them enough. We had new countertops and sink installed and they hooked up the disposal and faucet and combined two drains to one. They were on-time, friendly, and fast! They charged me exactly what they quoted me as well (which was extremely reasonable compared to others I called). Will do business with them again! Called this morning because i have been having problems with low water pressure that i was almost positive was due to my water softner. I called to get an estimate for someone to come out and either service my water softener or put it in bypass. Gabriel told me that if it was due to the water softener putting it in bypass was simple and just a matter of turning the lever into bypass mode. Well i looked into it and watched some youtube videos, and whala...water pressure has been restored!! I really appreciated how he offered me assistance before even coming out here!! That a person that you want to do business with. Thanks Gabriel!! Any plumbing issues tha i can't figure out on my own, I will definitely be calling you!

Great service. I called on Thanksgiving weekend my rental unit in El Cajon had a clogged drain, and my usual go to plumber ws out of town. Well JJ plumbing came right out and unstopped my drain at a fair price. Would definately use in the future. Thanks guys for keeping my Tenants happy.

After waiting all day for another drain service who came out, climbed on my roof, ran a snake 75' out (twice), then left saying they couldn't fix the problem, I read the positive reviews on Yelp for J&J and gave them a call. Kerry answered the phone personally and came out within 90 minutes with his son Jason and another plumber ""JR"". The three of them were knowledgable, pleasant, professional, and VERY quickly solved the problem for much less than I had expected, instructing me every step of the way. They gave very expert and professional advise regarding future interventions, and offered to talk to our property owners to explain the problem. Obviously I cannot say enough good things about this family owned business. I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing and drain needs, and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Thank you Kerry, Jason, & JR, you saved our Thanksgiving!!! OK I have to start by saying JJ were the friendliest bunch of guys I have ever done business with. Which makes for great customer service!

I have had so many plumbing issues in my new home that I called JJ twice to fix them! First out dated pipes were leaking everywhere and clogged up in the bathroom and kitchen, causing us to use a hose outside for water until we called JJ to our rescue. I called JJ after my mom, a real estate agent has been using them for years for her home and listings, recommended them. They came out and fixed the kitchen and bathroom clogs and installed some new piping and faucets that were much needed in my older home. They were clean, fast and efficient!

They later replaced our old rusted, leaking water-heater with a new one, as well and fixed a leak in my garage. Since I was unable to be home during the installation I was very happy that during the process they called me and kept me informed of the progress. By the time I got home I had hot water YAY :)

The prices were reasonable and service was fast and friendly. Thanks guys for the great service, now I know who to call for plumbing issues and who to recommend to my friends!

Sad to say with all these stellar reviews, but my situation was less than stellar. I called for two quick fixes in my house and set up an appointment. I was referred to another plumber, who was a partner to do the job. The partner (drain solutions), canceled just before the appointment. I rescheduled for two days later in the morning. He never showed. I called to see the hold up and he said he was on his way. The guy never showed and never returned my call. A complete waste of my time, and completely unprofessional.
