Formerly called Carroll Plumbing, the company was established in 1973. In its first 30 years, it was primarily a building plumbing firm, but after 2004 it changed to a repair plumbing business. Earlier offices were in Duncanville, Texas. The new location is in Ellis County, not far from the three offices.
Jerry Carroll initiated the business after successfully completing the Master plumber certification in 1973. Jeff Carroll has been a licensed plumber since 1994 and has held a license for backflow testing since 2002.
