Formerly called Carroll Plumbing, the firm was founded in 1973. During the initial three decades, it was primarily a plumbing construction business, but in 2004 it changed to a service plumbing business. Previous headquarters were in Dallas, Texas. The current location is in Ellis Co., not far from the previous locations.
The founder, Jerry Carroll initiated the company after successfully completing the Master plumber certification in 1973. His son, Jeff Carroll has been a licensed plumber since 1994 and has held a backflow tester's license since 2002.

Mr. Carroll not only responding with valuable information, he followed up with a request to come check out my specific plumbing situation and quickly provided me with an exact quote.
