Previously known as Carroll Plumbing, the business was established in 1973. In its first 30 years, it was mostly a construction plumbing business, but in 2004 it transitioned to a service plumbing operation. Previous headquarters were in Dallas, Texas. The present location is in Ellis County, not far from the three locations.
Jerry Carroll started the operation after successfully completing the Master plumber certification in 1973. Jeff Carroll has been a skilled plumber since 1994 and has held a license for backflow testing since 2002.
