Previously known as Carroll Plumbing, the firm was established in 1973. For the first thirty years, it was mainly a building plumbing firm, but post-2004 it transitioned to a service plumbing business. Previous offices were in Dallas, Texas. The current location is in Ellis County, not far from the previous offices.
The founder, Jerry Carroll started the business after successfully completing the Master plumber's exam in 1973. Jeff Carroll has been a skilled plumber since 1994 and has held a license for backflow testing since 2002.
