Our firm focuses on all areas of plumbing, heating, sprinkler systems, and standpipe services. We offer jetting services and inspections using video technology for drain lines as wide as 14 inches. We offer 24/7 emergency services for residential or commercial plumbing requirements. We work closely with our clients to tackle the issue at play. We handle commercial projects ranging from restaurants to retail spaces, corporate spaces, storage facilities, and construction sites. We understand Department of Building regulations and continuously strive to stay informed and current. We specialize in sprinkler systems, standpipe installations, boiler services, and backflow testing and guarantee that all necessary documents and test reports are delivered promptly.
The history of J. Caiazzo Plumbing & Heating began in the early 1950s. Joseph Caiazzo left his position in the shipyard to launch Cookie's Plumbing & Heating (Cookie was a name Joe was known by). Following Joe's death in 1963, his widow Jean ran the office out of their residence while her nephew Gordon worked in the field. In 1971, a new chapter began, Tony, Joe's son, departed Villanova University to carry on his father's work. Three years later, Gordon relocated to New Mexico, leaving the company in the hands of Jean and a motivated 23-year-old. She rebranded the business as J. Caiazzo Plumbing & Heating to pay tribute to her husband. Tony's younger brothers, Leonard and Michael, joined the company as they became of age. In the present day, J. Caiazzo has welcomed the third generation. We possess 5 master plumber licenses, along with 3 fire suppression and 3 special inspector licenses. As our company expands, so does our commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Jeffrey A B.I have had Caiazzo come and do a few jobs all satisfactory and fair price. But the last call I made asking to ""fix the toilet in master bath"" a guy was sent and ""fixed"" a sink AND a different toilet that were not broken. Obviously i was not home but had arranged for Caiazzo to be let in. They did return another day and do the correct toilet replacement for which i paid them promptly and in full (big little job!)). But they insisted i pay for the other ""fixes"" ($244) and sent multiple notices with the threat of sending to collection. Since I like all of you have no time to go to court i sent Caiazzo a check and called to tell them i disagreed, to please reconsider and that i would share my experience on yelp if they cashed my check. I just saw they cashed my check anyway so decided to post my story. If you call Caiazzo be sure you can be present to monitor their work. I won't be calling them back.
Don Q.Just came home from a winter vacation and my water was not running. I had an obvious frozen pipe. I called Ciazzo around 9 AM and sent a few scappy plumbers that were not friendly nor did they appear knowledgeable over to my house. They hooked up pipe warming cables to my pipes. Their machine stated to smoke, the rubber was burning on the cables.
After about 20 minutes they said there was nothing they could do, and I would have to wait until spring until the water would start running. He then gave me a bill of 225.00 for doing absolutely nothing. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! I would have been willing to pay 75$ to 100$ but 225$$$ that's just crazy.
What a rip off! I will never call them again. Absolutely horrible service!!!
