Refuse to finish the job we hired them for!!!! Their reason ""you're too frustrated with us."" Well if we are frustrated with them here is why they:

-broke and/or buried multiple sprinkler heads in our front yard
-didn't check water pressure before installing a drip system so it is now unusable without blowing it apart
-didn't install one of the drip systems they charged us for
-chipped our concrete in 2 places
-dumped a bunch of rock and dirt where I was installing raised garden beds and then told me I had to get the beds before they could install the drip system. So I still have to move that out of the way by hand on my own after paying them to move and dump it.
-left a bunch of rocks in my front yard that I paid to have removed
-Buried and broke all the pop ups from our rain gutters
-Put drip system hose in where we didn't want it
-Didn't cap the left over sprinklers in our drip system area
-left the green tops off the valve boxes every time the opened them and didn't tell us (we nearly lost them in a wind storm the following day)
-Didn't finish installing the electrical system for the sprinklers
-said ""I didn't know I was supposed to"" whenever I asked why something I paid for was not done until I showed them proof I had paid for it.

AFTER ALL THIS THEY WERE JUST GOING TO KEEP THE MONEY AND FIX NOTHING I reminded them that I have proof of contract and payment and their own warrantee in the contract states that they have to fix it all. We will be hovering over them as much as possible and make sure they prove it works before we let them off the hook!!!

They still won't finish the rest of the job they are under contract for though so even if they fix everything they've already touched and therefore screwed up I will still have no properly working sprinkler system in my front and back yards!!
