I was referred to this company with my Home Warranty to diagnose and repair my ceiling fan. They came out within a few days and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. They spent less than 30 minutes and charged me $100 to tell me that they did not know what was wrong with the fan.

I was told to prepare the area before they arrived and they never even brought in a ladder to access the fan (says the home warranty did not cover him to access the fan which I later discussed with the home warranty rep and said that wasn't true). Says he checked the remote for the fan and ""it was clicking"" but still not sure why the fan wasn't working. Told me the best thing to do was to go to Home Depot and buy a fan and replace it myself because I would have to pay him more than what it would be worth.

My son took down the fan that wasn't working and opened it up and tightened a few screws and lo and behold, it is working! Absolute waste of money for that company to come and do absolutely nothing to solve the problem. Would not recommend them for any job!

Where should I begin...how about if your home warranty company sends this company out...DEMAND another company!!!

This is a husband and wife TEAM, yes TEAM...who should have retired 10+ years ago. Every time I had to speak to him, she had to yell to him to hear what was said.

They came in, yelled at my man that he shouldn't have touched anything, even though my man explained to them that he has a degree and is certified in electrical engineering! They got loud w/ him so I told them just get to work. They just moseyed around my home for the first hour, then called the insurance company and said they would need more time...

I showed them where the attic was and he said he wasn't going up there. I think he has to go up to diagnose the problem. NEXT he asked if we could take down the TV, we replied and said yes....

Next thing I know I am getting a call from my warranty company that the claim is denied b/c I wont take down my TV (hence I took pictures, the TV IS DOWN)!!! I walked out of my bedroom to confront the man and he said well you wouldn't take it down, I said you asked if it could come down...you want it down...we had it down in less than 2 mins!!!

He and his wife argued the ENTIRE time. He sent her to the truck to get a phillips screw driver and it took her 25 minutes to get down and back up one flight of stairs.

At 3pm (4 hours later), his wife kept nagging him to leave. That's when I got on the internet to see where they were located...IMPERIAL BEACH!! A good 45+ mile drive from my home...meaning OVER an hour drive....

I had to fight w/ my insurance company to send a second opinion and they did BUT they also charged me my service fee which I then fought to get refunded...RIDICULOUS!

The second opinion came today and he was here all of 15 mins and crawled in the attic and found the problem.

J&C told my insurance they wouldn't go up in the attic they didn't feel ""safe""...well maybe b/c his age and weight, sorry that's kinda rude, but sometimes people you just HAVE TO RETIRE!!!!!

Fools of drivers that almost caused several wrecks! They were doing 60 in the passing lane (news flash! The PASSING LANE is for PASSING!!), refused to move and let people by! People were honking and unable to get anywhere bc this moron was essentially blocking the highway bc they are incompetent! If you're going to send vehicles out with your COMPANY'S NAME ON THEM, learn to navigate!! Go back to drivers ed!

Furthermore, when I called their little company to inform them of what a hazard their drivers are, the creature on the other end sounded like it was high and/or drunk and was quite proudly completely uncaring about this.

Seriously? If they can't deal with highway laws and regulations, I would never trust them to ""fix"" anything.

Edit: WOW! Looking at their other reviews, ALL of them are 1 star, 3 including mine are over a 7 year span complaining about their dangerous driving, and one is confirming that their bad driving does reflect on their company quality; they are, in fact, idiots.

It's been SEVEN YEARS since your first bad driving complaint and that is 75% of your bad ratings- GET IT TOGETHER! Duh!

If I could give zero stars I would. These idiots were sent to my house to do some electrical work through a home warranty policy I receive when I bought my house. IDIOTS might best describe them. The man was rude to me and was downright condescending because I didn't know his industry terminology....the wife just stands there like an idiot. So instead of fixing everything that needs to be fixed like the other home warranty vendors he basically stole my $65 service fee and did nothing....

DO NOT use this electrician. Very unprofessional, rude to women and obviously based on the other reviews here just not a very good person. He charged me a service fee and then refused to do the service. All his negative energy will catch up with him in time.

I wouldn't call this clown if my life depended on it, I was driving on the I-15 north when he suddenly started changing lanes into me, without looking in the BIG HUGE mirrors he has on his BIG HUGE DIESEL TRUCK nor without signaling and when I honked big black clouds of noxious fumes belched forth as I tried to get the phone number off the side of the truck, when I called and asked if he was the guy that almost killed me, he just hung up on me, probably no bluetooth... no apology. CARELESS DRIVERS = CARELESS CRAFTSMEN
