Terrrible , i will never use them again they showed up used my tools and charged $150 for a job that took less than 5 minutes , will never use them again ever.

JC from JC Plumbing came to my rental house to fix faucet leak in the shower, he was scheduled for one time and apparently did not show up that day, CALLED MY RENTER, instead of ME and told her he had an emergency, then scheduled another time with her. No communication to me about this. NOT GOOD.DD He gave me a choice, keep old faucets on for $175.00 and he would fix them or $425.00 to put in new faucets. I chose to put in new faucets as he said there may be problems later on with the old ones. I gave him one star because when he did show up, he did a good job.
I asked him to go down to $400.00 which he did. I am from out of town, as soon as he was finished, he called me 3x in a row to get paid. Relentless and aggressive. I realize it was a risk with me being from out of town, but wow! I asked him how long it took and he said 1.5 hours...I thought that was a lot of money for that amount of time, however, I paid it since I had signed a contract for that amount. I had asked him two or three times to look at the outside faucets while he was there. He did not and I have been chasing him every since to get him to come and look at those faucets and get back to me. He said he would come and the renters were waiting, well, he never showed up!!! Not reliable.
I would not use this guy.

We were pleased with the service we received to repair a leak at our house. The workers were courteous and the job was completed in a quick time frame, especially since we could have had a huge problem if the pipe had completely burst. We recommend JC Plumbing.

Called and left a message. Got a return call a few minutes later. The person on the phone said they would be by the next day mid morning. NEVER SHOWED UP AND did not even give the courtesy of a call.

So dissapointed!!!!! Paid this plumber over $7,000 to fix our problem. Only to find out it wasn't fixed at all. I'm so sorry I trusted him. We have lost thousands of dollars since we haven't been able to rent/sell our house. We have to pay another plumber another $1500!! Somehow Copperhead plumbing diagnosed the problem. Shame on you J.C.!!!

Super pleased with the work done for us by JCPlumbing. We had an outdoor drain system that had ceased to function so our basement was flooding, and we could not figure out why. Ken gave up many evenings digging holes, trying to find the problem. I found JCPlumbing online and noticed some friends of ours gave them a very positive review (thanks Jason Rowberg) so I gave them a call before 7 am one morning, expecting to leave a voice message, but JC answered the phone, answered my questions, and said he could come by that morning, then showed up at our door at 8:20! He opened the drain a bit but felt like more work was needed. He was right! He came back again with his crew and found three separate issues, dug up the pipe, replaced the damaged section, cleared the pipe completely and now it's working perfectly. The price was far less than we were quoted from other companies and the owner, JC Wilson, was on top of the work the whole time. I can see why he's so highly rated on google! We won't hesitate to use his services again.

Very prompt after the initial call. I should have known them. They were no booties on their shoes mud all over that I had to clean. Water everywhere that they put no cloths down for but ask you for a towel. If you are looking for a unprofessional company this is for you, especially if you are in the mood to clean for the day!

Received excellent service from JC Plumbing. Payment accepted was cash, check or card. I called at 9pm on a Thursday and a crew pulled into my driveway at exactly 9am as promised. It did takenthem two hours to clear a very difficult andvery long kitchen sink drain, but they worked hard on it the entire time - no standing around.

This is a good master plumber he fixed my leaking toilet seat one time only and did a lot of work with reasonable pricing. I highly recommend this plumber, I have a plumber from Henry plumbing went 3x did not fix my toilet issues and Jc plumbing one time visit done right and I'm happy with my toile seat fully sealed and no more wobble.

Very shady! They showed up for sure. And did a horrible job! Run! All talk and no experience. They quoted $200 bucks and we were not allowed to pay them in any other form of payment, but cash. In addition to being told $50 for weekend service charge, we were shocked. Managed to avoid it somehow. If that is the case, make it clear on your business page!

Not only did they not complete the work, however they knew they were not capable of doing so. They ran with our money fast and did not finish the work!
