After having a horrible experience with another plumber (Plumbing King), we called JC Little. JC Little was responsive, coming out the same day, and their plumber, Zach, was excellent. He fixed a leaking pipe that the previous plumber could not fix and charged significantly less than the previous plumber to do the same work. I was not home at the time, but Zach texted me photos of his work so I could see that he had addressed the problem. I could not recommend Zach and JC Little highly enough.

JC Little Plumbing is extremely good at what they do. I called at 4:52pm and the office manager had their service tech Ray, over within twenty minutes. For $85 I had multiple things fixed and was very pleased with what I paid. Ray fixed three drains, and a leaking faucet under my kitchen sink. I felt like I got a great deal for the amount of money I spent. Ray was very professional and courteous as was the office manager. I will definitely keep this company in mind for any and all of my plumbing needs.

My backflow valve stated gushing on Sunday so I had to turn off the water at the meter and we were without water until I could get it fixed. I called J.C. Little Plumbing on Monday morning and was given a 2 hour window for the plumber to show up to do the repair. Michael showed up within that window. It took him about a half an hour to fix the backflow valve. Michael did such a good job that I have another project involving my 2 bathtubs and I'm looking forward to getting a quote to have them repaired by J.C. Little Plumbing. It was also great that I could support a local company.
