We used this company 3 times over the course of a 6 month home renovation. Their plumbers are professional and generally do a good job but every time the bill showed up, 2-3 hours of labor were added on that were never performed. We noted the clock every time they showed up and departed and rounded every hour up and STILL the bill was always inflated by 2-3 hours. We stopped using their service because of this dishonesty and disrespect.

They start projects and don't come back to finish. Call the office talk to brad Dunlap he says he will look into and and call you back, never does. Avoid this company at all costs!

We were first-time customers of JC Dillon Plumbing There was a leak in the hot water tank that was manageable. When the associate came to my house, I was eager for this to be a quick and easy fix. After the associate left, we were given no further information. Puddles of water were left behind from the installation with no warning of the mess. I called the company and received only a sorry with no accountability was taken for the poor customer service. The overall quality of the service was poor and I will not be recommending JC Dillon Plumbing. P.s. The website is not user-friendly; I was unable to connect to the page.

We've had 4 copper water pipe leaks and one hot water tank failure in the past 10 years. I have called Dillon each time because they've consistently provided professional, timely and affordable service.

I called J.C. Dillon Plumbing with an emergency toilet blockage. The lady who answered the phone said they were pretty busy and it might be a day or so. I mentioned to her that my neighbor worked for the company but I didn't know his name or had never met him. 2 hours later his truck pulled up in my driveway; I had the pleasure of meeting a very nice young man; and within 5 minutes my problem was solved. I give the company 5 stars as well as the plumber who was courteous, friendly and got the job done. I believe Dillon has a new customer and my thanks to them for their prompt and very courteous service. David Moder

Wow...I got an estimate of 3,500. Then I get a bill for $3,500 with NO EXPLANATION of what I'm paying for. Lazy useless company. Doesn't give a crap about their customers. Just making money hand over fist.
