Josh came 10min early to my 9a appt to clean my dryer vent. Before starting anything, Josh have me a quick education on my dryer vs other dryer vents. The education on what I had and the pros and cons of it settled my spirit! I knew my dryer vent situation was atypical and yet he kept his word and charged me the flat fee he provided in my quote request through Yelp! In and out in 30min! Josh was thorough, presented professional, openly shared information, and again he not only arrived in time, he arrived early. I already secured my next appt to have Josh clean my furnace and replace my dryer vent to better mitigate fires and other problems caused by a clogged dryer vent! A1 service. And btw, he's up on technology as he never touched my credit card. Instead, he sent me an invoice on the spot via email where I loaded my credit card information and paid my invoice. No paper. And my privacy was managed. Thumbs up all the way around!

Quick and easy. I sent an open-yelp quote request and the JB1 team responded and Joe was here in under 2 hours, and finished my dryer-duct job in under an hour. Other companies haven't even responded yet! They also looked at and quoted a few other jobs I was thinking about. I would definitely use JB1 and recommend to everyone.

Josh is fantastic. He's competitive in pricing, communicates and responds quickly, personable and goes the extra mile to explain things and lay out your options. He's also honest. He accidentally overcharged me for number of vents (I would have never known, to be honest) and called me to let me know he updated my invoice.

He also remembered to bring booties bc I don't like shoes in my house, and he is punctual and dependable.

I'd highly recommend him- he will now be my HVAC/plumbing guy! He and his brother are great. Thanks guys!

Definitely recommend JB1 duct cleaning. They were on time and very professional. Gave me a throughout process of how the service was going to go and are very knowledgeable about their trade.

Josh and his partner came out after hours to help me fix a leak that was coming from our AC pipe. No one has that kind of customer service ... not only did they repair the damage he also was kind enough to offer me future solutions with a quote in case we had any further issues. We had JB1 duct cleaning out today to clean our 5 air ducts and inside AC compressor. The ducts were $125 total and I felt it was a fair price for the labor involved in cleaning them. The forced air unit and fan was $175 to clean it, I felt for the labor involved to clean it should have been no more then $100 bucks. It took them 20 minutes to clean it which involved vacuuming, compressed air and suction, and using a chemical cleaner. The guys arrived on time, were nice and professional. My only complaint about the actual service was they did not have drop clothes or corner covers for the walls, additionally they asked me if I had a sheet or blanket to cover a few vents in our loft style vent ducts in our front room? I had to tell them to tape up the vents to properly secure them so dust did not get everywhere? Overall, good job with the exception of the aforementioned.

Josh and his team are true professionals and are all about top-notch customer service. We had them install our AC system about a year ago and could not be more pleased with how they handled the job.

They were very thorough and made sure to explain everything clearly when it came to settings and functionality of the new equipment.
