Scheduled them to come to our home after we had flooding in the basement - they confirmed someone was coming, and at 3:44PM they called and said that the tech was not coming. I was upset they waited until the last minute since it was too late for us to call some other company to come. They offered to reschedule and I requested a refund of our deposit and cancelled. However, two days later, I received a message saying someone was coming from 12-5 - thinking they were trying to rectify the situation on Tuesday. I called and confirmed someone was coming. After several hours with no arrival, I called and was told no one was coming and it was a scheduling mistake. I was told different things by different people and the dispatcher (Elmo) was argumentative and unprofessional. An absolute waste of my time.

Our kitchen sink had backed up and i could not unplug the drain in my usual manner. I called J Blanton in the morning to send someone out to help. Stephen arrived much earlier than expected and went right to work clearing the plug. He wore shoe protection while indoors. He completed the work in just over 1/2 hour. It was well worth the call. The quick response and fast service was a great value to us.

& a truly nice guy. Our project was scheduled immediately & we are confident that we called the company that can get this job done right & in a timely manner. Our neighbor also called J. Was told someone was coming out to help repair a gas leak within a pipe. Appointment was cancelled on us on the day they were supposed to come out. Meanwhile, we have no gas to the house and could have used a more reliable company all along.

You will never get a good review since you're company is non professional. I have worked for other contractors, tarps are the first thing we put down before any job. Especially when you're dealing with plumbing issues. You run a hack business !
I could have found a day laborer from Home Depot that would have done a lot better job .

We had a new washer installed last week and the installers advised that the hookup was very corroded and needed to be replaced ASAP before they failed and flooded our kitchen. I called JBP, spoke with Kyle who got a team out to us at our convenience. We got a thorough estimate and fair price quote. The job took less than an hour. The plumbers were clean, courteous & did a great job!
