Ron N.Do not waste your time! They had me pay up front for a service call and they never followed up with an ETA! I had to get another plumber and when he arrived, then J Blanton shows up! I told them I was supposed to receive a call an hour before arriving which I never received! They kept the down payment ($159.00) saying they contacted me which never happened! Their customer service was no help at all. I had to dispute the charge with my bank! Call someone else!
Molly S.Do not call them for service. They canceled on me twice after taking time off work and waiting at home both times. I told them to just forget it and I would find somebody else and they just said ""Okay"". Wow!

Quick response to my emergency with my sump pump discharge pipe leaking. Alexander provided the fix. Very professional and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
C-R C.Fixed three problems: 1. Replace an old kitchen sink garbage disposal with a new identical one (of our own), 2. Clear the kitchen drain line using an electric snake, 3. Reseal a small leak under the faucet. Service time was close to 2.5 hours in toral.
Service Quality is good, however, charging more than $1,100 for such kind of service is absolutely too high as compared with normal price of other plumbing service providers.
