Our water heater stopped working unexpectedly, we've only been in our house for a little over a year so I had no idea how old our heater really was (spoiler...it was past it's prime, for sure!) The plumber came and inspected the old tank to see if they could get it to work. We eventually decided to just replace it - they were in and out and got rid of the old tank, too!l

Had an emergency plumbing problem in our building where water was spraying everywhere! At midnight, a plumber from J. Blanton came out and got it to stop. The next day they were back with a crew to make a repair and there was barely any down time with the water shut off. 5/5 recommend.

With this crazy weather we've been having and our pipes freezing, they were there when we called and answered any and all questions. All around a great company and will definitely be calling them when we need more plumbing work done.

Living in an older home we knew we were bound to have a pipe freeze in the below zero weather last week. Lo and behold, our pipes froze and just like every other homeowner in the city of Evanston, we needed a plumber...FAST!

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAW AWAY! You've been warned. I called them when my laundry washer was leaking due to a faulty valve. They sent a man over who explained they could repair a washer anywhere from an $800 package to $1800. I picked the middle package and gave them a $500 deposit. Before they came to fix said washer I told my boyfriend about all that had transpired. He told me to go to Home Depot and buy a pair of channel locks and some washers.

CHANNEL LOCKS, WASHER, PLUMBING TAPE AT HOME DEPOT : $37.85

I was completely ripped off and feel it was most likely due to the fact I'm female. Doesn't matter, I wouldn't trust anything they say to you!!!

We scheduled an appointment on Saturday for a kitchen sink/garbage disposal repair. We wasted an entire Saturday afternoon waiting for them within their 3 hour windown, and then got a call at 4:00 saying they could not make it and would accommodate us first thing Sunday morning. Sunday morning, no one showed up and when I called them, they said they had driven by and it looked like no one was home, so they left. And I would need to reschedule. We were all home, and I will be rescheduling with someone else.
