Jeff & his team were fantastic to work with! Excellent communication throughout the entire process of providing a quote to installing a brand new hot water tank in our condo building. In addition they were very fairly priced compared to the other companies I called for quotes. Most companies provided quotes that were 2-6k more for the same exact tank. I needed my toilet fixed. I had someone come out to look at it and they provided me with an exorbitant quote.
I called J&B, and they were willing to give me an estimate over the phone. The estimate was about 30% of what the other guy charged me, so I hired him.

He came by in ten minutes and my toilet was fixed within a half hour.

I'll call him next time I need something fixed! He even looked at my slow drain while waiting for the water to drain, free of charge.

I would highly recommend Jeff and his business partner. They were extremely professional, much better price than any other quote, and reliable. We planned for 9am and they even called to see if they could come a bit earlier.

Not only did they fix the shut off valves in both the bathroom and the kitchen but they had to go out and buy parts for the kitchen (which Jeff knew immediately once he looked under the sink) and were back and fixed both problems in 2 hours!

Another thing I really appreciated about them is that they noticed that our dishwasher drain was half on and causing a leak under the sink so they also fixed that as well. They saved us from water damage later on. They were also very warm and we had huge smiles on our faces because we were so happy with their work. We will definitely be using them in the future!!

I have had Jeff come out to my condo in Chicago twice and I couldn't be happier. The first time was a year ago to lower a drain about 4 inches so a disposal could be installed. I called around to multiple places who gave me really high quotes just to come out and said it could get even higher when they get there. I spoke with Jeff and told him the situation over the phone. He explained in detail what would be needed and the cost. He came out the next day and finished the job for less than what all the other places gave as minimum quotes.
The second time was today to replace a water heater. I purchased the heater from Home Depot and they had a service that quoted me $850 minimum for the installation. I thought it seemed a little high so I called Jeff. He did the job for way less and even went to Home Depot to pick up the water heater since it couldn't fit in my car. I know whatever the plumbing issue I can rely on Jeff to do quality work for a fair price.

No issues with this company. In fact, I feel they went above and beyond in replacing my hot water heater. They gave a better price than others in the area. They showed up early for the appt. I watched the work they did. The last installer of the hot water heater (approx. 13 years ago) did a rush job.

Jeff and the crew fixed all potential problems left from the last guy. He took his time and corrected all problems. On top of that, I was not charged extra.

Great pricing, great service - Will definitely recommend as a plumber.

I had a great experience with theses guys. Contacted J&B late in the afternoon, left a message. Jeff called me back early the next morning and we made arrangements to meet later that day. He showed up early (!) determined what was wrong, left to get parts, returned and then installed everything that was needed. Total time from his arrival to departure was probably 2, maybe 2.5 hours. Fair pricing and good work. Recommended.

Jeff and his guy were awesome! They were significantly less expensive than the other quotes I got for a hot water heater replacement, and they were able to do the work almost immediately. They were in and out of my house very quickly even though the installation was a lot more challenging than I had made it appear. My water heater was over 10 years old, and they've changed in size and shape since mine was made, but Jeff and his guy were able to remove all the plumbing from the furnace and water heater and replace it so that everything worked perfectly.

On top of that - he called me the next morning to ensure my shower was hot and that everything was working perfectly! Thanks a lot Jeff - I'll definitely use them again for future plumbing needs - they do everything!
