We had water pipe burst in the morning, called every possible plumber in the area. Most of them could not help us and rejected upfront. It is understandable as the on-going huge snow storm as well as the freezing temperature this winter. Jeff took our call and listened to our description, he is tied up with other calls but he agreed to stop-by for quick support. He showed up at our house in 15 minutes. He managed to have the damage under control and showed us the trick how to to bring all the heaters back to function, then he left for his other calls. We worked as instructed and got most of the heaters back to work. We cannot appreciated Jeff enough, he is an angel of the day for our family.

J&B was subcontracted to work on redoing plumbing/fixtures in my house. They took FOREVER to get the work done, couldn't figure out how to make the toilets work, and then massively overbilled for their time. Be warned! Incompetent plumbers that take you for a ride!
