Beware.... J & B owner (Larry) will sell you a service that will not be provided. He will come out and talk a good game. Then turn everything over to his unqualified rude Grandson. They never show up. Once they do, they will act like they're doing you a favor. Work they did for us had to be redone by another company. 11 months of no shows, excuses and subpar work. We had to let them go. Do yourself a favor..... Do not hire this company!

A few weeks ago my dad had J&B come out and fix a water pressure problem with the pump under the house. My dad is 86 and could not crawl under there to do or check the work. The guy who came out said he made an adjustment and everything should be fine. A bill came for the work and he was charged for labor and a new part. My dad called the office and the person there said, ""If we charged you for a part we replaced a part."" My dad paid the bill, because he couldn't check the work himself. A short time later the pressure dropped again. Yesterday my brother crawled under the house and took pictures that showed a dusty dirty part ( I'll get the picture and post ASAP). He and my dad drove to Pigeon and were accused of faking the picture. J&B returned the money for the part like they were doing my dad a favor. I'm planning to report them to the authorities. Taking advantage of any customer is bad business, taking advantage of a senior citizen is a crime.
