Charger $2600.00 to ""repair a drain field"" resulting in nothing being repaired. From what I can tell all they do effectively is bill you.

I have a mixed review of J & S because when we needed same day service for a clogged kitchen sink drain, they were available in the emergency. They also took a look at a few other items that I needed fixing but were not emergencies and we got them in the schedule to be fixed. The first visit, they were friendly and professional.
The second visit was for an upstairs bathroom sink fix and I felt like I was getting charge a bit more than I thought I should. The third visit, they spend a few hours working on an outside hose bib and then went to show my wife what was completed and she turned on the bib to check it and it still was doing the exact same thing. They took a few more minutes and flipped a gasket and it was fixed but all the other time seemed wasted. The business owners were also 45 minutes late to that third appointment and then fought with each other in front of our house. Very unprofessional. Then, they left the hose bib with a big hole instead of buttoning everything up.

I recommend J & S Drain Services to anyone that needs help with their plumbing. We had a backed up drain in our tub and they were quick in responding to our request. They came out the same night in this wonderful cold weather we are having and had us back up and functioning in a matter of minutes. John even took the time to explain what he did and made suggestions on how to prevent it from happening again and what works best and it's a inexpensive solution. We really appreciate the help and advice.

Do not use this company. They screwed up our drain field so badly the whole field is now going to have to be replaced. Paid these morons $2500 only for them to screw it up and then never fix it. Had several more septic people come out to tell us how screwed up it is. Don't use this ""company"" or whoever these people are that run this scam.
