I have waited about six months to write this review. I didn't wanna do it out of anger. I would not recommend this company at all. We had them come in they were going to do about $1200 worth of work and wanted half of the front. Without a problem we did that. Before they left for the day they said the boss wanted the rest of the money. I said I'd be happy to pay him the rest when the job is finished. They literally had done about 10 minutes of work and had $600 and there was no way I was giving them the rest. 10 minutes later the boss showed up who is the owner of this company and started screaming at the top of his lungs using the F word and telling all my neighbors that we do not pay our F'n bills. I asked him to stop I asked him to leave he didn't neither I ended up having to call the police before the man would leave. He also tried to initiate a fight between himself and my senior citizen husband. It was just ridiculous. So I paid them $600 for 15 minutes of work and got nothing out of it. He continued to drive around my house for the next couple of hours with his wife at the wheel. The owners are crazy ! Do not use this business!People who have had a good experience have not met the owner or paid way too much. I felt very bad for his employee who I'm sure is no longer there. He kept apologizing for his boss and said he does this all the time. So unprofessional. Save yourself money, time and headache and go somewhere else.

Do not hire this plumbing company. Steve came out and said they could not do anything to assist. He did not even know how sanitary sewer works. After literally 5- 8 minutes of looking around, he recommended to call the county. County came a hour later and said we needed a plumber so we hired a real professional; Rich the Plumber and he helped us out quickly! Don't waste your time on them and just go straight to Rich the Plumber INC. He actually cared to resolve the problem.

Called them 4 times over 2 consecutive business days; never got anything but a busy signal. Not even voice mail. They must have my number stored on their phone. Do you think they ever called back? Silly rabbit . . . I don't have any idea how a business stays in business like that. Judging from several reviews posted here, I guess they don't plan to. Try someone else.

I contacted J&S plumbing to troubleshoot and verify the correct wiring between valves and timer in my irrigation system,a Rain bird RC-7bi system, the workers upon arriving cut all the wires to valves without checking the existing system wiring making my system inoperative. They then rewired valves the way they thought they should be -- after trying repeatedly to operate the system they gave up. They then recommended a new timer. I said OK but only if they guaranteed all zones would operate correctly and they would program it to operate correctly. The installed price was quoted as $250.00.     They put in the new Timer and tried repeatedly to operate the system-- it did not work. At this point they gave up and contacted their boss who wanted me to pay the $250.00 before getting the system to work.When I refused to pay before they showed me that the system was operational and that the timer was operating the system properly. She told me that they would leave and take the timer with them. At some point one of the workers cut wires in my RC-7bi controller and ruined my power supply, leaving the system damaged and inoperable. The workers drove away leaving me with totally screwed up system.

jessica and tim, thank you from the bottom of my heart. i call in a panic on a sunday!!!!!! afternoon they call right back walk me thru getting the water shut off then just as promise monday afternoon tim diagnosed the problem charge me a flat fee and my sprinkler problem solved.!!!! the kindness and helpfulness is something i haven't experienced in my 20yrs in florida!!! i have a new slogan for you guys j and s installs the best and fixes the rest!!!!! bless you both!!!

Worst company to do business with. Total frauds. Hired for an exorbitant price to fix sprinkler system. Steve, owner, said on sending 3rd person to fix non-working system, he'd refund if not fixed. Well, guess what. No refund. He won't even call me. Even put new pump on plywood for God's sake, instead of concrete block. Took 3 times to finally get them to put pump on concrete. System still does not work. After spending $876, no solution. Paid another company to clean out sprinklers and replace electronics that his company employees refused to even look at! Please do yourself a favor and do not hire these guys for ANYTHING. Wouldn't trust them to change a toilet paper roll.

Quick quality service. J&S service person provided quality professional repairs to our neglected sprinkler system in the same afternoon as I called. That is excellent service. We will definitely use them again as needed.

I put in an inquiry through Angie's list on a Saturday afternoon and within 5 minutes Jessica called to let me know that she could have a technician at the house within a half hour. 15 minutes later Kenny and Cody arrived, performed a quick diagnostic and found that the valve was bad. Kenny explained that he had used his last part during his previous job and the supply stores were closed (late on a Saturday), he advised me that he would turn off the sprinkler at the main, leave me his business card and return on Monday. In the mean time Jessica was able to locate the needed part from another service tech. Kenny left to pick up the new valve, returned and installed the new valve. Kenny and Cody were very courteous, professional and proficient. They cleaned up the work area, tested the new valve and ensured that I was satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend J and S Plumbing and have already scheduled to have them return to perform an inspection on my irrigation system. It is refreshing to deal with a business that is customer driven, courteous and professional.

If zero stars were a choice, I would give that. Rescheduled multiple times. When I asked if they could not do the job, they said they were able to. After finally arriving and replacing a control panel, the problem was not fixed and we were charged over 200 dollars.
