Theresa W.John of J&R services came to our house twice to fix the same problem. He was very rude and overly aggressive. He refused to listen to our actual problem and at one point began to snap at me and my 16y daughter when we had questions. He also was rude enough to snatch my arm just to prove he had fix the problem which is still in question.
