New Faucet Install. Kiko came out to our home to install new kitchen faucet, which included base. He took it with him and didn't instal, so our faucet wobbles. He did not place a bucket under the kitchen sink, while working on replacement. We had water under and beside sink floor. He does not clean up after himself as well as he could not provide service order receipt as he said he ran out. He also said to make check out to him Kiko and not to the company for $240.00. My husband has requested receipt numerous time and has stated he will send it off. I just sent him another request for receipt. This is not the first time this company has not provided work service receipt. Beware!

Highly recommend J and B Plumbing! The've been out twice. Once for a very sluggish drain and today to convert our fireplace to gas. Kiko was so knowledgeable and professional - knocked the project out!! Fair and reasonable as well.

Responded quickly and Kiko was very efficient but $1600 for a 30 gallon water heater seems a bit high? Or maybe prices have gone up that much now? OUCH!

My mom had a disaster going on with her kitchen sink. I won't bore you with the crazy details, but she hated the last plumber she used. So, I looked these guys up because I had a friend that used them and was very happy with the job they did. And I figured...hey, they have the same initials as me. That's a sign.

Well, it couldn't have worked out better. They came out, quickly figured out the problem, and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. My mom was also thrilled with what the price was for their service. That's always a plus, when you're dealing with an 75-year-old lady that saves ketchup packets from restaurants and small soaps from hotels. This is a woman that wants to save money.

John is the owner and only plumber. He is great and I've used him on a few things. I live in a older place and things break. I trust John and I can leave him in my house alone. I highly recommend John.

Best service ever!!! I have First American home warranty and the sent two plumbers out that said I had NO ground level drain access. They told me I had to have the snake run from the roof and it would not be covered. John worked me into his schedule same day and had me up and running in about an hour
