They were able to schedule me in 2 days from my request and showed up exactly on time (to the minute). They were extremely professional and answered all my questions as I watched them do the work. They found the leak almost immediately but continued to test all the lines to make sure there wasn't another leak. They performed a quick fix on the leak that I'm hoping will last a year or two before I need to do a formal fix on it. It's been a little over a day now and no leaks at all. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their service.

My wife and I were renovating our entire backyard landscaping and swimming pool in Walnut Creek. During demolition and water line pipe replacement for the pool it was discovered that the gas line to the pool heater was leaking. I contacted J and B immediately and they sent out a team within hours. They rapidly identified the leak so that the pool company workers could repair it. I must say that they were an absolute delight to help us identify where the leak was at and consequently allow the pool renovation team to restart their efforts. Great service with excellent quality.

They were exceptional, timely and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend them. The don't schedule the times until the day prior but the scheduler was also extremely flexible in helping me to get an appointment when I'd be able to be home. All around an 11 out of 10.
