Justin has been our service tech through his previous employer for many years. He has always been on time, been easy to understand and communicate with and preforms any work we've asked of him quickly and efficiently. All the work he's done for us has been excellent and we've never had to call him back to address the same thing twice. Additionally, we've always found the cost of whatever job we've had quoted to be very reasonable on the occasions that we have shopped around.

Justin starting his own business coincided with our annual A/C service this year. While he was out today we also had him replace our kitchen faucet and address a couple of problems leftover from a bathroom remodel.

Not only was he able to fit us into his schedule quickly, but he was able to address several problems in one trip since he had just enough time before his next call. Our AC is now ready for summer, a new kitchen faucet installed, our toilet reinstalled and I'm finally getting proper hot water out of the shower we had renovated by a different contractor last summer.

As always, Justin was great about answering all of my questions and discussing plumbing related things unique to our home that we need to be aware of. He's so good at explaining how things work, I honestly learn something new (and very useful) each time he's out.

It's a stretch to say any homeowner looks forward to service calls, but there is something to be said about working with someone with like Justin. We appreciate all of the great work he's done for us over the years and are so glad we will continue to have someone we trust to work on our home for many years to come.
