I called Izzy Plumbing for two minor repairs - one in my kitchen and one in my bathroom. I was quoted a price over the phone and asked to text pictures of the parts that needed replacing, which I did. When the plumber arrived, he did not have the parts and charged me for his time to go get them, which was the better part of an hour. Then, I had to call him back the next day because he had not installed the part properly in the bathroom and I was getting tepid water instead of hot water. To top it all off, when I was presented with the bill, it was twice what I was quoted over the phone. I would be very wary if you choose to use this company.

We had a leaking toilet on Thanksgiving and wanted it fixed right away as we had guests staying with us. I called Izzy and he picked up on the first ring. He gave me an estimate and said someone would be at our house within an hour. I immediately got a text from Izzy regarding my service call. Within an hour I got a text that Adrian was on his way. Adrian showed up and was very friendly and professional and not only fixed the leak but rebuilt our toilet in the time and price that Izzy promised. I then got a text that the job was complete and emails with receipt attached. I wish all businesses were this upfront and professional! Izzy's is now my go to plumber! Highly recommend!!
