I wish I had read the other bad reviews before using Izzy again. We had a tankless hot water heater that wouldn't stay hot.....the tech they sent said they charge 550.00 to flush it. I balked at that and he immediately reduced it to 450.00. Then he charged 600 to fix the problem in the heater. It was not fixed. Came back, charged another 1200.00 after speaking with Rinnai and told us he guaranteed it would fix the problem. It did not. We asked for a new technician...he came and said he needed to replace all the cartridges in the house and did that....still did not fix the problem. Very long story short....they would not refund any of the money we already spent (around 1800.00) and quoted another 1600.00 to replace yet another part or 4700.00 to replace water heater. We decided it was time for another plumber....found another plumber who replaced the water heater for 3050.00. Needless to say Izzy is a disreputable company who overcharges, never reaches out to you and basically can't perform what is needed. No one ever reached out to us from management.....they refused to refund any of the money we wasted, and couldn't explain why they price gauge their customers. I have since received a quote of 150.00 to flush the water heater that they charged us 450.00 for. The overall time we wasted was 3 months. Stay clear of them at all costs!!

Not sure what's happened with Izzy Plumbing, they were a top notch company back in the day. Now they won't even answer their phones. Need to provide a review about the low quality and excessive charges from Izzy Plumbing. We called them to have our shower and bathtub cartridges replaced. We were quoted $625 at first for the repairs, then the price was increased to $850. I was told I would receive a detailed estimate, but it's just a basic flat rate charge. Plumber broke the spout on the bathtub and said it was ""brittle"", they refused to repair the damage. Plumber only replaced one cartridge in the bathtub, and used the wrong part. I informed him it was the wrong part because it's spins backwards now, but he told me it was the only cartridge available at Ferguson's Supply. I went to Ferguson's Supply the same day to purchase a replacement spout for the one broken by the plumber. While there I asked about bathtub cartridges and they had the correct two cartridges in stock. After paying $850 to have my shower and bath repaired. On the plus side they stopped the leaks. However, I'm going to need to hire a different plumber now to have the broken spout replaced and have the correct bathtub cartridges installed.

Izzy has been our go to plumber for many years, but I am discouraged by how high their pricing is now. They were already at my house to fix a leak in the new disposal I had just purchased from them, so they weren't making a new service call, and yet I was charged an additional $300 for them to power snake my kitchen drain clean out. Their tech worked maybe 10 minutes on this clean out, said it was fixed and left. The sink was still stopped up! My husband ended up using our little manual snake, a ton of elbow grease & hot water and fixed the problem himself. Very disappointed.

Do not use this company. This are dishonest and will rip you off. They won't quote charges until after they arrive at your house and will charge a service fee if you don't like the quote. Prices with be out of scale and exorbitant. Avoid at all costs. Expect charges in thousands of dollars when it should be hundreds. Bad business that no one should ever use. See Better Business Bureau reviews. It is all bad.

Izzy is my guy for as long as he's in business. Friendly, fair, prompt, and and a no pressure service.(I mean he doesn't put pressure on the customer to do anything the customer doesn't want.) I wish Izzy would open a branch office in Santa Maria.

Beware of this company and their false advertisement/pricing. After being qouted a price, we had these guys out for a sewer lateral survey/report for a property inspection. After completing the video work they refused to write up a report & qoute unless we paid them extra. I brough up the fact that we had already agreed on a price and they wouldnt budge. Apparently they knew that we were on a time crunch and had no other options. Thier website even claims ""free estimates"" what a scam.

I purchased a water heater two days ago from this company and try to pick up the water heater today and the person I had sent to pick it up with unsuccessful was not able to pick it up. They said they had no knowledge of anybody picking it up. I have made multiple phone calls and messages on Facebook and have not been able to get a hold of them. I still have not yet received my item which cost me $400.
